Meeting Rooms
The Hotel Londra Florence Italy has 10 meeting rooms divided
into two independent areas within the hotel.
Europa Convention Centre
The "Europa" Convention Centre has room for up
to 200 seats, exhibition space and business centre. The Europa
Convention Centre can be accessed from its own external entrance
or via the lobby of the Hotel Londra Florence Italy.
The large foyer that encircles the meeting rooms at the Europa
Convention Centre is ideal for exhibition, coffee breaks and
welcome desks.
The Convention Centre has direct dialing telephone and fax,
computer featuring all major Windows programs and internet
access, printers, photocopying machines and stationary.
Included in the renting fee of each meeting room are mineral
water, pens, paper, flip chart, overhead-projector and amplification
system.
We can also provided on request a slide projector, VCR, monitor,
PC, printer, photocopying machine, telefax, office services
and simultaneous translation.
Millennium Convention Centre
The Hotel Londra Florence "Millennium" Convention
Centre has 6 well furnished sun-lit meeting rooms able to
accommodate up to 80 individuals.
The Alamanni Room in particular offers the perfect atmosphere
for private business lunches and dinners.
Included in the renting fee of each meeting room is mineral
water, pens, paper, flip chart, overhead-projector, amplification
system. On request the hotel can also provide a slide projector,
VCR, monitor, personal computer, printer, photocopying machine,
telefax, office services and simultaneous translation.
