
The 4 star Hotel Londra Palace Florence prides itself

addition to the conference space, our lounges, restaurants,

Europa Conference Centre
The Europa Conference Centre consists of between one
and seven meeting rooms, depending on your requirements,
with a maximum capacity of 230 guests if used as one
large exhibition centre. The Europa also contains a
Administrational Centre which acts as a central
office for your event. Computers (PCs), printers, fax
and all other office hardware are provided.
Surrounding the Europa Centre is its own lobby - an
ideal space for a welcome desk or other stalls, ticketing,
a makeshift cloakroom or simply a refreshment area.
This state of the art venue also has an independent
entrance from the hotel.
Millennium Conference Centre
The Millennium Conference Centre is of more modest
size than the Europa, with a maximum capacity of 80
guests in six interchangeable rooms. Blessed by a plethora
of natural light, although the Millennium Centre is
of smaller capacity than the Europa, this facility is
probably the more exclusive of the two. For this reason,
if both our conference facilities are required then
we’d suggest that the Millennium is occupied by
the more high profile components of your event.
Again, the Millennium Centre leaves space for a welcome
desk and here in this most enlightening of ambiances
we’ll be happy to provide stationary, complete
presentation equipment, mineral water and simultaneous
translation services.
Garden, Lounge, Restaurant & Bar
No special event goes right through without a break,
no matter how serious or prestigious, and for the lighter
moments outside of the arena the Hotel Londra Palace
Florence has all bases covered. Il Giglio Restaurant
seats up to 250 for banquets or large scale social occasions
and also doubles up as a ballroom if required.
There’s a smaller, more low key restaurant, simply
called One, which offers a more intimate setting for
small scale hospitality. The One restaurant adjoins
our spacious and elegant bar and lounge area and also
our spacious private gardens - a serene and agreeable
spot for an after-dinner cigar in the evenings. |
