Great value stay in a quiet apartment

Pro: It was a great apartment and nice sized room, clean bathroom and kitchen. Host was really helpful and clear with instructions on how to check in.

Contro: The bedroom we were in had a sofa bed which wasn’t comfy and when we were booking it wasn’t clear which room we would be in based on the pictures. I would have booked the room with the actual bed but it wasn’t clear on the website which was which. The bed should either have a mattress topper on or be changed for an actual bed given the room is clearly rented out a lot.

Pro: Everything was superb - the kitchen, the bed, the pillows, location, host, wi-fi, cleanliness

Pro: The flat was very clean, cozy and you felt like home right away. It is in an old building which makes the whole experience even better. The flat is easy to access, you only have to take two stairs. There is no lift. Lorenzo was very friendly, helpful and available when we needed something (he gave us his number for any questions we might have). He was willing to help right away, thank you very much! We had a really good time in Fierence and in the flat and would definitely recommend :)

Pro: En realidad todo me gustó. Lorenzo tiene detalles que no se encuentran en cualquier lado. Por ejemplo una canasta con pilas, regla, resaltadores, lapiceras, lápices etc. La habitación es muy cómoda, las toallas inmaculadas y estaban todo en orden y muy limpio

Contro: En esta paso. Todo me gusto

Cozy Florence apartment in walking distance to all the sites.

Pro: Very cozy apartment with excellent facilities. Location is close to everything you need. Furthest we walked was 20 minutes to train station. Great communication with host. Flexible check-in and let us leave our bags in common area while room was getting ready. Thank you for having us!

Contro: We tried to cook something in the oven, but was shorting the circuit breaker. We had to improvise dinner. Could use some signage saying \

Pro: Clean, more than complete amenities, great instructions!!

Private room and bathroom was wonderful, shared kitchen was not expected.

Pro: Location was amazing! Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Host was very responsive and kind. Let us stay an extra hour before check out!!

Contro: Did not know the kitchen was shared with other rooms. Did not see this in the listing details.

Pro: L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêts mais également de la gare. L'appartement et la salle de bain commune étaient propres et décorés avec goût. L'hôte répond toujours rapidement et est très flexible.
