Great spacious apartment, excellent location and would stay here again.

Pro: The apartment is perfectly located and easy walk to every part of Florence. The check in team were brilliant, and the hospitality very warm. The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless and would happily stay here again for my next visit to Florence.

Contro: For those that enjoy cooking - a limited range of equipment, but adequate for most people. I would still stay here again regardless.

Stop looking & book this apartment!

Pro: Gorgeous apartment located between the Duomo & Accademia gallery. Always busy as it is close to all the other attractions but quiet at night, you forget you are in the middle of Florence. The apartment is clean & modern. Staff (Steve) is friendly, efficient & very professional. Check-in & self check-out is a breeze. Great facilities, lift, washing machine, hair dryer & the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. If anything, the twin beds could have been bigger, but it did not bother us. Just something to keep in mind if you are tall. They let us leave our luggage on day of departure, which was very convenient & appreciated.

Pro: Loved the art work and the redesign apartment. It was so spacious and extremely comfortable and had a lovely large kitchen & bathroom. Hosts we extremely helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout

Amazing place to stay in Florence!

Pro: Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean and spacious apartment. Quite and comfortable place We had everything we needed. It's the perfect place to stay if you have 1-2 days to see Florence, walking distance to Duomo and all main attractions. Check-out was very easy, and it's possible to store your luggage. There is close parking where you can leave your car. We recommend this place!

Contro: It was impossible to adjust the air conditioning and it was quite cold to sleep on the first level of the apartment, so we turned it off at nights. Only 2 coffee pods.

I would recommend the florence art apartment!!

Pro: We were welcomed very kindly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Then we were shown to our room (we had the Viola room), and everything was briefly explained to us. The room itself was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was also very clean. Check-out was also very easy, and it was possible to store our luggage. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend the apartments.

Contro: One thing that would have been helpful in the kitchen was a dish towel or a drying mat, so we could have washed a few items by hand instead of using the dishwasher for just two or three things. A small downside: we had two single beds, which were unfortunately very narrow (probably around 70 cm wide). Also, the mattresses and pillows were a bit firm, but we got used to them after a couple of nights. What was quite disturbing, however, was the poor sound insulation. We could hear people in the hallway as well as every step from the guests above us, which sometimes woke us up earlier than we would have liked.
