Pro: Gentilezza, disponibilità, accoglienza al top. Servizi eccezionali come lavanderia, ristorante, bar All'ingresso. Terrazza elaborata a modo di giardino con piscina con vista spettacolare. E una miriade di altri confort per ogni esigenza. Centro raggiungibile a piedi.

Pro: The property was new and in good condition. The facilities were excellent. Bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The refrigerator was good and we packed it with everything we needed. The laundry facilities were good and everything was provided. Cafe and bar and restaurant were excellent.

Great stay

Pro: A very very nice hotel. Ignore the comments that it's youth and student orientated as that may put you off unnecessarily. I stayed over new year and the room was practically soundproof, spacious and perfect for a one person stay.

Contro: Airconditioning was turned off and the windows could only be opened a fraction, leading to the room feeling quite stuffy and claustrophobic. It's also about 1km out of the centre, but there is a tram station outside, although the trams are jam packed.

Pro: Facilities were great! A convenient deli in the lobby, and the bicycle loan service were very helpful.

Contro: The kitchen area could be better designed. Lighting was poor and I was hitting my head on the cabinet handles. However, the staff was very receptive and acted quickly to solve the problem.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

Pro: Toiletries were beautiful smelling in bathroom. My bag was missing for 48hrs when I arrived. Short connecting flight. I was kindly offered a free dental kit - toothbrush and toothpaste. I appreciated the gesture. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities. I used the restaurant in hotel one evening, friendly staff, tasty food. Location was fine, easy to walk to center. Tram stop outside hotel. Tv, channels available in different languages. You don't hear other guests from room, thick walls.

Contro: Self check in doesn't seem available for long stay guests, slightly different booking system, I think. I wrestled with computer a few times, couldn't see reception staff to help. After several failed attempts, a member of staff appeared, told me I couldn't self check in. Music from rooftop bar was loud, went on late - midnight some evenings. Varied each night. Room was dusty. Sticky marks by fridge, cleaner must have missed this- looked like cans had been opened.

Everything good, location, acomodation and staff

Pro: The hotel is quite modern and located in a good and quiet area, just 5-10min from the train station. The room is large and the staff is very friendly and helpful😊

Contro: The water runs out of the shower and floods the bathroom

Pro: Wow, I would love to live in this hotel; it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. You could tell they thought of all the little details, like a hair straightener at the gym!! The rooftop is absolutely incredible, the design is outstanding, and the staff is super helpful. i would definitely come back to this hotel, i also recommend the extended stay- i had a nicer price due to that.

Contro: The noise until 23:00 at night, the music was really loud. the location- it was distant from everything and when i was tired it was annoying..
