Pro: Appartamenteo delizioso ed in perfetta linea con le caratteristiche storiche della città di Firenze , orttima posizione per raggiungere il centro della città e proprietario molto disponibile . Lo consigliamo .

Pro: Tutto perfetto, posizione centrale e pulitissimo :)

Contro: Mancavano le posate :(

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento pulito e curato, assistenza efficace.

Contro: più adatta a 4 persone che a 6, soprattutto se per più di una notte

Comfortable stay

Pro: The location is great. You have most of the attraction in a walking distance of the apartment. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. We were 4 people. It was comfortable and big enough for all of us. There is a closet in each room so you have enough storage too. The staff were friendly and helped us with our questions.

Contro: The main door lock is very tricky. It is not easy to open and we had problems getting into the building some time. It is not the best option if you are travelling with elderly or many luggage. the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.

Beautiful apartment in quiet neighbourhood

Pro: Very clean. Great location in a quiet but central neighbourhood with good local bars and restaurants. Easy walk to attractions. Beautifully renovated and furnished. Management company was helpful when problems arose.

Contro: No hot water or ability to cook for half of our stay due to a gas supply/boiler problem. Still waiting to hear whether we will get any compensation for this. . (We were offered alternative accommodation but this was at 2 different apartments and would have entailed 2 further moves). Very small worktop to prepare food in kichen. Only 1 set of keys for 2 couples. Air conditioning became very noisy at one point.

Pro: Stan cist, lokacija idealna, peske na 5min od centra. Komunikacija na nivou, bili su tu za sva pitanja i jako su bili azurni.

Contro: Sve je super bilo.

Pro: Appartement cosy bien situé proche de la cathédrale , belle restauration, très joli

Contro: Lit pas confortable, sommier à remplacer de la chambre côté rue Pour 4 adultes mais pas 6 car les canapés/lits sont vraiment que pour des enfants

Good location, on the third floor without elevator, reasonable

Pro: The room is in a pretty good location, not recommended for senior citizens because it is on the third floor, clean, comfortable, all it needs is a paint job because it had quite dirty walls, if you don't mind that I highly recommend it!

It was great!

Pro: The bed was nice and comfortable. The shower was spacious and the heated water was perfect! The sofa are comfortable to seat on.

Contro: We wanted to turn off the heater but we couldn’t so we had to open the window a little bit. Also, the location was a little bit scratchy since at night time there were groups of people standing around the area smoking weed, talking, drinking so we didn’t feel very safe walking to the apartment at night.

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena, a escasos minutos del Duomo. El tamaño del apartamento está muy bien.

Contro: La falta de ascensor y el tener que llamar a un teléfono extranjero (que no da opción de llamar por whatsapp) para abrir la puerta la primera vez.
