Contro: L appartamento aveva la macchinetta per il caffe ma no ci hanno lasciato neanche una capsula da caffè.

Great apartment in Florence
Pro: Really clean and nicely designed apartment. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
Contro: One comment is that it would be better if there is a storage for luggage/mor space under the bed to store luggages.

Comfortable stay
Pro: This place is really lovely and very comfortable. Super close to the bus and metro lines. Great little cafe across the street and a grocery store about two blocks away.
Contro: The only downside was the stairs. Located on the 2nd European floor, it was a bit of a climb with luggage.

Pro: Apartament jest bardzo ładny, przestronny i czysty. Zlokalizowany 15 minut pieszo od dworca Santa Maria Novella. W pobliżu sklepy i przystanek tramwajowy, a także blisko do rzeki na miły spacer :) Wyposażenie też bardzo dobre - jest żelazko, naczynia itp. Całościowy odbiór bardzo dobry i godny polecenia :)
Contro: Minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach z toalety - być może problem jakiś z kanalizacją, co było ciut uciążliwe. Dodatkowy minus to sposób odbioru kluczy - należało podjeść do biura, które oddalone jest o ok 10 minut od apartamentu.

Great space, neat, clean, organized and well located apartment in Florence.
Pro: We booked in the last minute and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was very convenient and the apartment was spacious, clean, organized and has everything you need during your stay. In the same block there are convenience stores and restaurants and -if you are lucky- parking spaces to use as this area is not in the FTZ.
Contro: Stairs when dealing with luggage are hard to manage but the apartment is so nice that it makes you forget about the stairs the moment you get in!

Apartamento estupendo, pero no buena ubicación
Pro: El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. En buen estado, cocina muy bien equipada, aire acondicionado, baño completo y muy limpio. El personal super amable a la llegada.
Contro: los colchones son excesivamente, te hundes. El barrio no esta muy lejos, pero tampoco cerca del centro, 25 minutos andando, el problema es que ya entra en una zona nada concurrida y que aunque no se siente peligrosa no da sensación de seguridad, sobre todo de noche.

Contro: No funcionaba el microondas y la cafetera soltaba agua

Ótima estadia, passamos 6 noites, tudo foi ótimo
Pro: Acomodação muito espaçosa, confortável, achamos muito atencioso a cestinha com sachês de condimentos. Funcionários bastante prestativos, fomos recebidos por um funcionário que nos mostrou o apartamento, e quando tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar condicionado fomos prontamente instruídos e o problema resolvido.

Pro: Nagyon jol felszerelt es tiszta, kenyelmes szallas. Gyonyoruen befendezett lakas. Minden volt az apartmanba amire szuksegunk volt. Nagyon jo helyen van. A szallasado minden kerdesunkre azonnal reagalt es segitett.
Contro: Sajnos csak egy kulcsot kaptunk pedig 5 en voltunk a szallason. Es az also kaput is kulcsal kellett nyitni igy ha nem egyutt erkeztunk mindig varni kellett a masikra es lelepcsozni, hogy beengedjuk. Illetve az elso feltuntetett aron felul meglepoen sok volt az illeteki dij, es a kisallatert az ar, pedig az volt feltuntetve, hogy ingyenes.
