Pro: The location is truly excellent. No matter where you want to go in the city center, you can get there quickly. The old town, cultural attractions, restaurants, and even a good supermarket are all within easy reach. The property manager, Giovanni, is incredibly helpful, responds relatively quickly via WhatsApp, and even comes by to help if needed.

Contro: The bed was too soft for our liking, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The bathroom was only moderately clean. And the shower is a bit tricky, as cold water comes out for a few seconds at regular intervals. This shouldn't be the case in this price range. The kitchen was also a little too basic. A bit more would be helpful if you plan on cooking everything yourself. It's a good idea to check what's available before you go shopping. The windows weren't soundproof. Even with the blinds closed, you could hear the patrons of the bar in the back courtyard talking.

Large and comfortable flat in superb location

Pro: The location is superb - walking distance to all Florence attractions, the flat has elevator, very secured - you need kyes to enter the building - the flat is spacious - large bedroom, pleasant kitchen and living room. The host waited at the meeting place on time, explained all that we needed to know. Answered quickly to our requests. A good wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift.

Contro: On the web site is written that they provide free shuttle from and to airport but when I asked for this service the host informed us that it costs 90 Euro for each way.

Pro: Firstly, Location is second to none. Which means, quick walk to EVERYTHING, all major tourist must sees. In the middle of action and energy of the city. Large spacious accommodation, Kitchen well equipped, Secure and Hosts were timely and professional. Friendly and accommodating. Travel was for 2 adults and 2 grown sons and lots of space for all.

Contro: Was better than anticipated, so very Happy ! Maybe an extra set of keys to allow multiple people to access building etc. As with 4 adults, would make for more flexiblity for entry to Apartment. Otherwise location and the actual rooms/kitchen was perfect for our family of 4.

Pro: very good location in the centre near the ponte vecchio

Pro: Location absolutely good. However the boiler made a screeching sound, you could hear this in the bedroom. And there was construction of the next building going on, so forget about sleeping out (drilling started at 8 am). We understand that the owner cannot do anything about it. The change of bedsheets was swift after I found out the blood stains before we went to bed. The wooden blinds could not be opened in livingroom, as the previous guest has broken it and they didn't manage to get it fixed. We didn't mind as we did not stay in the house during most of the day. So all in all, some minor regularities, but fixed swiftly.

Contro: Check the bedsheets. Apartment was clean overal. Construction in the building next door.

Excellent location and temporary home

Pro: The air conditioning and shower were appreciated. We liked the space and excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Contro: It was all great - only minor suggestions; more than one wine glass, better pillows, to be let in a little more timely would be appreciated but not necessary(it was super hot and we waited 30+ minutes to be let in) and the washing machine does not drain on certain cycles and floods when opened.
