Style In Florence - Belcanto Villas

Pro: Casa ristrutturata da poco , ci sono tutti i confort .Pulizia impeccabile .

Close enough to walk to the sights but also out of the hustle and bustle, spacious apartment.

Pro: The bed was excellent, we have been travelling in Greece and Italy and this was the most comfortable bed in the two weeks of our travelling. Having a lift and washing machine was appreciated (it was one of the reasons we booked it), the apartment was spacious and was within 15 minutes walking distance to all the sights and many restaurants. The wifi was excellent and we able to use netflix easily.

Contro: Everything was as promised in the photos and accommodation information.

Pro: We loved this apartment. It was very clean and so spacious. It was in a great location for us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Pro: Great location, 10 mins walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and other spots. Really tidy inside, providing a lot of things in the apartment, including coffee machine. Can wash clothes here with washing machine.

Contro: Somehow I didn’t see the toilet paper.

Pro: The apartment is quite large, has a closet with luggage rack, the kitchen has all the necessary crockery, the sofa bed is large and comfortable. The apartment has been renovated and has good soundproofing. The location is good, close to the Duomo, and there is a bus stop one block away.

Contro: For people in wheelchairs, there are two steps at the entrance door, two more to the elevator, and two more to enter the apartment hall.

Comfortable and pleasant apartment near the centre of Florence

Pro: Very nicely laid out and comfortable. Enough kitchen implements to properly cook at home when we needed. Easily walkable to centre and river. TV, WiFi, washing machine etc all worked as advertised.

Lovely apartment 10 - 15 min walk from Duomo

Pro: Host Daniele greeted us at the front of the building, and helped us with the luggage. Checking in with the luggage was a pleasant experience as my husband had injured his ankle. The host also purchased and brought over detergent and more toilet paper when we mentioned that these items were low on supply in the apartment.

Contro: Distance to Duomo is still a bit far, about 10 - 15 min walk. Usually it is alright but at 38 degree Celsius, it takes a bit too long. Thankfully, air con in the apartment works very well.

A nice stay in central Florence

Pro: A nice Florence style apartment that is in a reasonably central location within walking distance to the Duomo and other sites. It is on a bus route that makes the entire city accessible. Huge walk in robe. Washing machine and iron but only a small tabletop ironing board - go figure! It is secure and spacious with adequate cooling on very hot days

Contro: The beds are too soft for our liking. That comes down to choice. The bedroom does not have blockout window coverings which is problematic come daybreak. Sometimes rental properties need a “deep” clean to bring them up to standard rather than just a changeover clean. This apartment is in need of that especially the shower tiles.
