Pro: Proprietaria disponibile, appartamento molto pulito, nei dintorni bar, tabacchino, rosticceria, supermarket, pizzeria, vicino alla fermata della tramvia

Pro: Siamo state qui per un matrimonio vicinissimo, ed è stata la soluzione migliore che potessimo trovare: Benedetta è stata gentilissima e molto chiara, l'appartamento enorme, comodo, di una pulizia eccezionale e in una via molto bella a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della Tramvia. E' una soluzione perfetta per chi viaggia in un piccolo gruppo di amici, anche perché è rifornito di tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno. Siamo state benissimo!!

Pro: Amazing house, good location, vintage interior, here you can feel the spirit of Florence the most! And the owner of the house is very attentive. You will find everything you need in the house. Large rooms and a real Italian atmosphere! I really loved it ❤️❤️🇮🇹🇮🇹

Pro: The apartment was large and tastefully furnished. There are 2 balconies and we enjoyed using them for breakfast and an evening drink. There is a very nice bakery about a 2-minute walk away where we bought croissants for breakfast and sweet treats. The bathroom is huge, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The host is very responsive and answered all my queries quickly.

Contro: We would have liked a kettle, but everything else was perfect.

Pro: Property was huge! Super clean and comfortable. All amenities were working and exactly as you’d want. Bangin’ 2 large double rooms and 2 balconies!!!! How fun how cute! Really good location, only a wee walk away from the tram stop into city centre. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Florence for the first time or otherwise!

Spacious and relaxing.

Pro: This is a spacious apartment not far from the centre of Florence and the photos are a true representation of the accommodation. Generally well equipped and comfortable, and in a great neighbourhood. The host is friendly and easy to contact when you have questions. If you stay here, then check out the Museo Stibbert which is a short walk up the hill behind the property - a great alternative to the tourist hustle in town. A great place to eat is Fratelli Briganti which is also a 5 minute walk down the street, but either turn up early or make a reservation as it gets busy.

Contro: Nothing, would love to stay here again.

Contro: Upon arrival at the house, it is complicated to open the doors via the internet.
