Lovely Bright Apartment in Florence
Pro: This is a great little 2-bedroom apartment in a residential block, on a lovely quiet street, yet still in the heart of the city of Florence. Very clean and well-equipped for our 2-night stay, and we especially liked the fact that we actually had 2 separate bedrooms - travelling with 2 teenage daughters, the usual sofa-bed scenario when you book an apartment is not always ideal. This was perfect for our needs.
Contro: Nothing really. It was all good, perhaps could do with a bit more comfortable seating in the lounge area, but I appreciate that space is limited?

We would highly recommend this apartment for a family due to its space and location. We loved it.
Pro: The location was amazing, 15 minutes walk to the cathedral, the train station and where the coach tours depart from. You can walk into central Florence within 25 minutes. The apartment was fully equipped for our family.
Contro: We had a very late check in and sadly the keys weren’t correct so we had to wait a while to be let in. It would have been easier if the property was already open and ready for us, especially after 9 hours of travelling. This was a one off and i am sure this doesn’t happen often but we could really have done without this issue on arrival. Everything else was lovely.

Comfortable flat, even in heatwave
Pro: The washing machine and clothes airer were a great boon after a week of travelling. Air-conditioning was very effective even in the 37°C heatwave Florence was suffering. Good location only a mile from attractions and short walk from good small supermarket. When the tram route down the street is finished it will be even better!
Contro: Kitchen not very well equipped for cooking for 4 (e.g. oven too small for two pizzas at once). Nowhere to store food apart from the fridge/freezer. Rubbish disposal was a little awkward as we needed to sort it and had no containers to do so. Shower a little cramped.

Clean and confortable appartament.
Pro: Staying at this apartment was an absolute perfect! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness really stood out. The apartment itself was cozy and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay throughout. The location was convenient for going everywhere by wall. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

A great spot in the middle of Florence
Pro: Lovely apartment with all the amenities you might need. It is very close to most of the attractions in Florence. The host helped and supported whenever needed and explained a bit about what best to do. There are also a few bits of information scattered here and there in the apartment (maps, restaurant cards, attraction leaflets,etc.) The children absolutely loved their room.

Great place to stay. Silvia was a very responsive contact.
Pro: Great location. A short walk from the Duomo. Comfortable beds and a good shower.
Contro: A couple of friendly mosquitoes wanted to stay with us! The beautifully warm but unexpected late October weather took us unawares, so we invited them in through an open window 🤦♀️

Quiet stay in a beautiful city.
Pro: This apartment worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Our teens shared a room, but had the luxury of having their own beds. This was a major plus for them. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and was at the apartment to meet us just before we arrived -- no waiting or worrying!
Contro: We chose to stay a short walk outside of the major city center which was great for pricing and more of a quiet location. If you are happy to walk a little more, as we are, this is no problem and a good trade off.

Pro: The location was perfect, including near a tram stop. The staff was very accommodating and the facilities worked well.
Contro: The street and building noise was distracting at times. It is understandable considering that we were near the center of Florence.

Pro: Très proche du centre. appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Pas de machine à laver la vaisselle mais c'est un détail
Contro: le seul point : l'appartement est côté chambre à deux lits près du tramway et les fenêtres ne sont pas parfaitement isolées du bruit. Mais bon, c'est vivable car le bruit du tramway n'est pas non plus assourdissant

Un pied à terre idéal pour un séjour à Florence.
Pro: Appartement très fonctionnel avec 2 belles chambres à la literie agréable, une petite cuisine pratique. De plus, idéalement placé pas très loin du centre et sur la ligne de tram T2 qui va directement à l’aéroport. L’accueil qui s’est même fait en français
Contro: Le bruit du tram dans la deuxième chambre, une salle de bain un peu petite mais toutefois fonctionnelle et la température de la douche qui fluctue en fonction des prises d’eau de l’immeuble. Dans le salon, 2 petits fauteuils pas très confortables mais heureusement un petit canapé sympa. Le fait que Booking ne mentionne pas avant la réservation qu’une arrivée après 20h génère des frais supplémentaires.
