Pro: Struttura centralissima, ben collegata, zona tranquilla e con tutti i servizi limitrofi come bar, market e negozi per lo shopping. Appartamento soleggiato in contesto signorile da ritornarci assolutamente .

Contro: Il cattivo odore del bagno... basta però tenere la finestra aperta per attenuarlo

Tutto perfetto!

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, ben arredato e in contesto signorile appena fuori da centro storico che è raggiungibile a piedi in nemmeno 10 minuti. Servitissimo anche dai mezzi pubblici. I locali sono spaziosi e dotati di tutto. Ci abbiamo dormito in quattro con spazio a volontà. Adatto anche ad un soggiorno più lungo. Ottima la comunicazione sia per raggiungere la struttura che per recuperare le chiavi in assoluta autonomia. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. In caso di ritorno a Firenze non esiterei a tornare

A cozy and beautiful apartment 🧡

Pro: A nice neighborhood, a very stylish, Instagram-worthy interior (the orange accent in the decor is 🔥), a cozy balcony, a mountain view from the window, and thoughtful little touches like coffee machine capsules, snacks, bottled water in the fridge, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.

Contro: What slightly spoiled the impression was the very cold stone floor in the kitchen (maybe a rug would help) and a strong smell in the bathroom (I’m not sure whether this can be fixed or if it’s just a feature of an old building).

Nice apartment

Pro: A very spacious and comfortable apartment, stylishly decorated. It’s in a great location—within walking distance of the main attractions, and close to shops and shopping streets. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there’s an tiny elevator in the stairwell. It also has a lovely little balcony with a nice view. The apartment was clean, and the host was responsive.

Contro: However, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, and a noticeable sewage odor in the bathroom. The kitchen equipment—pots, pans, and cutting boards—was very worn out and should be urgently replaced. These issues affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Pro: Very well equiped apartment with all the amenities needed for a longer stay in Florence. Location is outside the tourist busy streets from the old town - but still not far away which is great. Excellent restaurant options nearby

Contro: The noise from the cars in the street in front of the building gets quite loud at night. Sometimes there was a bad smell coming out from the shower drain.

Pro: The location was almost directly into the city and was walking distance from pretty much every single landmark or sight we went to. Our group were impressed by the amenities provided and the quality of the rooms.

Contro: Nothing could of been better!

Pro: Casa Spritz is a wonderful apartment: spacious and light with a nice interior design. The big balcony has a beautiful view. We were a group of five and had good space to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a laundry machine. The location is just outside the hectic old town but still within walking distance and also with good bus connections to stations. The neighbourhood is nice and calm with some restaurants and shops. All in all we had a great time here and highly recommend this place! Alberto was a very helpful host and available when we had questions.

Contro: The only downside is the online access key to the building. Only the person who made the reservation had the link so we had to stay together at all times to have access to the building. In the end this wasn't a big deal for us.

Great

Pro: We couldn’t get in the front door to the Accommodation this needed a key and there was no one on reception luckily after about 15 minutes someone went into the block which meant we could go up to the apartment and get the key to get in Of this hadn’t oh happened I’m not sure what we would of done.

Contro: The air conditioning didn’t work nor did the safe in the room which was disappointing I tried to contact the accommodation but never got a Reply on these matters. It was quite a noisy area and lots of mosquitoes on a night as we had to open windows due to no air conditioning

Pro: Great apartment ( same as photos ) , with full equipment Great deal for family or 5 persons ( large apartment ) In quiet nieghbouhood About 15 min walk from center Friendly staff, allowed early check in I do recommand it

We really enjoyed our stay here

Pro: A little walk would bring you to the centre of Florence, but you could enjoy the peace and quiet of an evening on the balcony. Host was very accommodating when we arrived a little early
