Pro: Proprietaria davvero gentile e disponibile. Siamo rimaste in contatto per tutto il soggiorno telefonicamente e si è sempre resa disponibile per eventuali problemi o necessità. Appartamento accogliente e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Aggiungo che Letizia ci ha aiutato moltissimo venendoci incontro per concordare un orario per il check-in.

Contro: Pensavamo che la posizione fosse più centrale, per raggiungere qualsiasi posto di interesse servivano 20/25 minuti a piedi come minimo.

Very comfortable and cozy, couldn’t ask for a better stay

Pro: The property was comfortable and clean, very close to a lot of day to day things and stores, the host was very attentive, always tried to make sure we were fine and gave us amazing suggestions about restaurants and locations of supermarkets and their closing hours

Pro: In 4 days we spent there, we couldn’t find anything which would not be already available in the apartment. Good location, good support from the host, overall a very comfortable stay.

Contro: The space is quite compact, which worked perfectly for the two of us, though it might feel a bit tight for a larger group or anyone needing more room.

Loved the area and Letizia went above and beyond to help

A weeks stay in Florence

Pro: Located in a lovely area about 25 minute walk from Duomo, lots of restaurant/cafe options near by as well as a great supermarket. Kitchen well set up and also had a coffee machine with some pods to get started. Letizia was easy to communicate with gave us lots of local ideas and when we raised an issue with the comfort of the bed, she had addressed it within 24 hours.

Pro: The property was a great size, absolutely spotless and a perfect location. It is within reach of public transport.

Contro: There were no negatives about this property.

Pro: The apartment was very clean and very well equipped: dishes, an electric dryer, a washing machine, air conditioning etc. A short walk to the city center. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby. The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Pro: Very attentive and communicative host. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is very clean, and the apartment is comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful apartment on a short walk from the city center

Pro: We spent a week at Letizia’s apartment. It was wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, there is good air conditioning and the location is perfect. On a few minutes walk you have a grocery store, public transport stops and at least 4-5 cafes/bars. The duomo and all of the other major interest points of Florence are on a 20-30 minutes walk and you won’t need to use public transport at all. On top of that all, Letizia is wonderful and attentive host, she is always there to help with any question you have and she was very kind to leave us umbrellas because it was raining a lot during our stay. In general - book this apartment, you will be very satisfied with it. :)
