A good location for exploring Florence and the surrounding countryside.

Pro: Its location with easy access to the city and Mugello where the MotoGP was being held. Overnight street parking was free and not too expensive during the day. A well stocked supermarket is only 3 streets away and a very good local restaurant about 5 minutes away.

Contro: There was very little lighting in one of the bedrooms

I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Pro: It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Great location. Lovely view from the balcony. Food store about a 5 minute walk or less. Cute little area to walk and not far from the centre.

Pro: Good price, relatively close to the centre. Supermarket and bus station very close.

Contro: Beds not very confortable, and squickly. Old windows that do not close tightly, and no mosquito net, so of course full of mosquitos in the appartment.

Pro: 5 min to supermarket. Very clean. A very quiet neiborhood. The appartment has all the necessary utilities. About 25 min walk to town cathedral.

Pro: Great apartment in the perfect location if you want your peace and quiet, but still be in the walking distance to the city center (25-30 minutes). The host was very helpful and pleasant.

Großzügige Wohnung mit Balkon

Pro: Bushaltestelle in der Nähe - rund 20 min Fahrzeit bis zum Bhf Supermarkt in der Nähe Auto kann gratis auf der Straße ggü. dem Haus stehen Toller Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Hinterhof Großer Kleiderschrank und großzügige Zimmer Vermieterin hat Tipps für Restaurants geschickt

Contro: Spülmaschine sehr alt und rostig. Leider haben wir sie auch trotz Tipps der Vermieterin nicht zum laufen bekommen. Zudem ging der Bewegungsmelder im begehbaren Kleiderschrank nachts nicht aus, sodass der Schlaf gestört wurde. Die Vermieterin will sich aber drum kümmern.

Pro: Très beau logement. Stationnement aisé à proximité.

Contro: A savoir que le logement n'est pas équipé de climatisation pour raison de normes ce qui est préjudiciable à Florence en été. Logement un peu éloigné de la vieille ville (50 minutres à pieds) il faut maîtriser le réseau des bus.
