Lovely stay

Pro: Good location, close to Ponte Vecchio and centrum. Nice and cozy interior, plenty of space. Two toilets and two showers is very useful feature. Comfortable bed.

Contro: I would say, nothing to mention here. Maybe, would be to have a washing machine in case of a long stay, but for a few days it is ok without it.

Great stay. Nice part of Florence. Place felt safe and staff were on hand to assist

Loving Santo Spirito

Pro: We had a great 4-night stay! The location is excellent — just minutes from Ponte Santa Trinita, close to Ponte Vecchio, and right by lively Santo Spirito, a vibrant spot full of locals in the evenings and a great place for breakfast. The apartment was more spacious than expected, with separate living, sleeping, and kitchen areas, two bathrooms, and and a unique shower setup in the bedroom. Thanks to the ground-floor location and air conditioning, it stayed comfortably cool even in the summer heat. We also appreciated the many mosquito repellents provided. A small bathroom light issue was quickly addressed by the host. Thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Contro: Wi-Fi works best in the living room and not throughout the whole apartment, but it didn’t affect us much — just something to keep in mind. There weren’t any extras like coffee or snacks, only the basics such as shower gel, toilet paper, and a few towels. Also, it's worth noting that the apartment is in a beautiful old building, and was probably never originally intended as a living space — maybe once an artist's studio or workshop — so it doesn’t have many windows to the outside. That said, the high ceilings, unique layout, and cool temperature made it a very interesting space, full of character and charm — much more memorable than a typical hotel or a more modern apartment

Pro: The place is very clean and nicely equipped. What we liked most is that the place is quite cool even without air conditioning so that is a bonus in this heatwave. The hosts were also very kind. Would recommend it to everyone.

Contro: The only thing that you might want to consider if you have problems sleeping is that the apartment is located on the ground floor so the nearby street is a bit noisy at night. We didn’t mind it too much.

Excellent little apartment in an ideal location, would definitely stay again.

Pro: Location was excellent, hosts were communicative and when the keys weren't in the lockbox, this was rectified very quickly. We had a problem with a water leak and this also was rectified quickly.

Contro: It was a little cold in the apartment but we weren't able to change the thermostat and/or the heating didn't work so we had to use the warm air on the air conditioning unit to be able to feel comfortable.

Pro: Location is excellent, next to bridges, great restaurants nearby, lovely locality. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms a bonus and loved the extra shower in bedroom with pressure jets. Bed was very comfortable.

Contro: I couldn't access Internet or connect my mobile data in the apartment, my husband could. I had no problem elsewhere before or since. Because of this I can only score apartment 8

A very special apartment in an amazing location.

Pro: Location was absolutely fantastic. Lovely ambience and decor throughout the whole apartment, we felt comfortable and ‘at home’ from the minute we arrived. The heating was on so it was warm and cosy, which really helped with the feeling of welcome and reassured us that the hosts had paid attention to every detail. Facilities were great, even down to tea lights and candles, extra blankets, kitchen equipment and guide books. Communication and check in/out details were excellent. We can’t recommend this property highly enough.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Florence then this is the place… AMAZING!

Pro: The location was perfect, we could easily walk everywhere within the city. The collection of the keys was a really easy process. The guide we received by email before staying was great too, gave us so much information about the local area along with food recommendations. Our hosts were available by message at all hours prior to our stay and then whilst we were in the property too. I will definitely be back and will also be recommending to others!

Contro: Personally there was nothing which could have been done differently, we absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t find fault! Notting was too much ask either for our hosts and they were very accommodating.
