Pro: Alloggio ben arredato e pulito. Centralissimo e comodo per girare Firenze a piedi.

Pro: tutto. posizione ottima, struttura appartamento originale e curato. comunicazione con proprietaria veloce e semplice. l’appartamento è fornitissimo. comodo x 4 in famiglia( ma xfetto anche x amici)

Great apartment in an excellent location.

Pro: Location of the apartment was absolutely perfect to visit the city. Apartment itself was clean and spacious.

We loved it!

Pro: The apartment is really quirky and was very well set up. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from everything we had booked to see. Good restaurants and supermarket locally too. The little outside terrace was a real bonus at the end of a long day.

Contro: We chose not to sleep in the bed on the mezzanine because of a knee injury. Sadly, we found the sofa bed uncomfortable, but this was absolutely the only thing wrong. If this could be changed, the apartment would be perfect.

Amazing Florentine Apartment

Pro: Location is really good. You have ample restaurant options around you, and close to a supermarket. It felt safe walking around any time of the day/night. Check in was so easy, received excellent communication from the host including photos and videos how to enter the property. The property itself is quite quirky, which we really enjoyed. Got some suggestions for restaurants and cafés, which we did try and were great. It's always good to have a locals opinion. It rained a couple of days we were there and there was even some umbrellas to use. 3 of us stayed 5 nights and it was comfortable. It was too cold for us to use the patio but there is the outside space if you come in warmer weather which is a bonus.

Contro: The main door is very noisy, and when people came in and out you can hear them talking. The upstairs floor creaks.

Pro: A lovely stay in the very heart of Florence. Well equipped apartament, pretty spacious, ideal for two. Easily reached on foot from all the must see sights Florence offers. Very good contact with the hosts;)

Pro: Great location, all the main sightseeing are available by foot within 15 minutes. Supermarket is around the corner, the local market with fresh goods is a few minutes walk. The owner Monica is very friendly and available on whatsapp, she allowed me to leave my suitcase before the checkin time which was very helpful. The apartment is very small but has everything necessary for a short stay. Ideal for single travelers.

Contro: The bed was located upstairs in the area with low ceiling and no window. The stairs were uncomfortable.

Pro: We loved our stay here. Such a cute little apartment in an excellent location. The host was super helpful and friendly and the apartment was equipped with everything you would need for a short stay.
