Pro: Posizione comoda per visitare la città. Stanza interno cortile per cui silenziosissima. Cucina e ambiente complessivamente ben attrezzato.

Contro: Un po fredda [specie il bagno..)

Fuga a Firenze

Pro: Proprietario molto disponibile rispetto alla nostra richiesta di anticipare il check in per lasciare i bagagli... molto disponibile anche tramite whatsapp... veramente gentile per tutto il soggiorno

Ottima scelta

Pro: Posizione ottima (dietro Santa Croce) in zona tranquilla, appartamento silenzioso al secondo piano con affaccio interno. Ci sono 27 scalini non ripidi ma stretti. Indicazioni checkin e checkout chiare. Loft luminoso, piccolo ma accessoriato, non manca nulla, bella ristrutturazione con alcune chicche (illuminazione su trave portante, mobile rotante...), doccia grande. Host molto reattivo.

Contro: Sanitari un po' piccoli in bagno grande, ma è questione di gusti.

Pro: Posizione eccezionale, centralissimo. Appartamento completo di tutto, con tanto di macchinetta del caffè e capsule. Appartamento pulito e con ottima vista. L'host Niccolò super disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze.

Contro: Proprio per essere pignoli: un pò freddo e mancava il bagnoschiuma

Fabulous stay

Pro: Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location in the centre of Florence and by Saint Croce but so quiet too. Plenty of space, very comfortable with great shower and kitchen facilities. A little supermarket round the corner and some super restaurants on your doorstep. Hope we can return.

Contro: Nothing.

Lovely studio, quiet, clean and comfortable in a great location.

Pro: Very clear instructions, easy to follow, to get in. Lovely, quiet studio but just off Santa Croce Square which was full of life. Plenty of local restaurants and cafes and a great market within 10 mins walking. The flat is well furnished and bed very comfortable. Everything worked and it was super clean. Niccolo was very responsive - excellent communications.

Contro: I would have liked the timed lights on the stairs to stay on a bit longer so I could get to the loft but there are buttons on landings so not a bit deal once I worked it out. This is entirely personal (and slightly amusing) but because I am short I could not reach the top shelf of the kitchen area wall cabinet. Fortunately I was not intending to do any major cooking so what I could reach was sufficient. If possible an extra heat source in the bathroom for when showering - I got the air con/heater over the front door to work but the heat did not really penetrate far enough into the studio to warm the bathroom that bit more. I was lucky to be there in a very mild December week - might have been a bit chilly if the weather had been cooler maybe.

Very comfortable apartment at the center

Pro: The property is located at the historic center in a quiet place. You can get there by taxi or public transport (bus C2 from the railway station). The apartment is well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent; he responded immediately to any questions I had. Many historical sights are within walking distance, and there is also a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

We had an excellent stay in this historic loft and if we’ll ever come back we’ll choose the same accommodation for sure.

Pro: The loft was close to all the main attractions and the absolute best was that the windows were facing an inner courtyard so it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotless clean and we had all the necessary amenities (microwave, electric kettle, AC, hair dryer). The communication with Niccoló was excellent: he replied fast and provided all the clarifications we needed.

Pro: The location is very close to the city center and it looks nice. It was clean and comfortable, good value for money.

Contro: Nothing significant
