Tornabuoni apartment in central Florence

I will definitely recommend the city and surrounding excursions.

Pro: The location is extremely close to the main attraction areas and restaurants. It was only 10min walk away from the train station

Contro: With a lot of luggage there's quite a few flights of stairs to tackle, but its manageable

EXEPT HORRIBLE ENTER TO APARTEMENT ... WAS EVERYTHING OK.

Pro: Very complicated, very bad and unforcomtable. We had problems with contakt with your agents. We had wait near one our for finishing to enter to our apartement, during that period we met two persons, who gave as two diferent adress. Apartman wasn´t tydeing up.

Contro: Way, how to got kyes ... and apartement shouldn´t be redy for us at 3 a.m. !!!

Apartment in the middle of the action

Pro: Location was very good for seeing the sights and it is a large apartment with a good mix of modern and old. The apartment was a very good value compared to a hotel.

Contro: There are a lot of stairs and a bit of a moldy smell, which seemed to improve by the 3rd day.

Would book again as location fantastic thank you sweet stay for smooth arrival procedure x Tess and Harry

Pro: My Son and I were staying so having 2nathrooms and separate bedrooms great . Property was in a fantastic location . Loved being able to open kitchen window in the evening hearing opera singer and following evening a violinist , in near by square . Lots of space in apartment light and airy . Value for money

Contro: Smell from drains as entered apartment but property very old so accepted there may be issues plumbing . We’re warned not to pop toilet paper etc down toilets . Used to that when travelling Greece years back so not a problem . Stairs to apartment got us into practice for Duomo climb but last 3/4 steps took our breathe away all good excercise . No site of any bed bugs from previous reviews apartment clean and tidy .

Pro: Muy cómoda la cocina para desayunar y cenar,céntrico cerca de todo a dos pasos.

Contro: No me gustó las escaleras para subir al apartamento,pero es inevitable allí no hay muchos con ascensor.

Pro: This is a beautiful old apartment in a really great neighborhood that’s easily accessible to just about everything that you’d like to do in central Florence

Contro: There were two things that we had an issue with, but they really won’t be as big of a deal to some people. The first issue is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th for us Americans) and there is no lift. It was a good workout for some of us, but it was a real challenge to the senior members of our party. The second issue was in relation to the bed arrangements and this is more a limitation on the apartment layout. For any couples that want to share a bed, it was in the loft bedroom, which was nice, but another flight up. The other bedrooms were a single and another room with a pair of singles with one, once again, in a loft space.

Loved the apartment. Any shortcomings were minor and did not detract from our overall love of the apartment.

Pro: Wonderful location, bright and lovely, spacious, perfect for a small family or group.

Contro: Very minor, but the upstairs shower did not work well, the shower curtain in the main bath needed replacing, and the clothes washer spin cycle was inadequate leaving the clothes very wet.

Contro: χρειάζονται καποιες αλλαγές σε βασικά εξαρτήματα οπως τα τηλέφωνα του μπάνιου που στάζουν και το μεγάλο κρεβάτι που είναι πολύ σκληρό και φανερά πολύ χρησιμοποιημένο
