Bellissimo e comodo

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, a meno di 10 min a piedi dal Duomo, quindi comodo per tutte le attrazioni e allo stesso tempo super silenzioso. Lo staff è a disposizione in tempo reale per ogni dubbio/esigenza

Fabulous family holiday.

Pro: Location was central and very easy to get around !

Contro: The air conditioning is a bit noisy

Enjoyed staying in the apartment and getting out and seeing what the city had to offer.

Pro: The property was in a good area, within walking distance of all of the main attractions. The property had large open rooms with plenty of space.

Contro: The bathrooms were a bit small and needed updating.

Pro: The checked in process is very clear and smooth. We love the surprise. My family love the stay

Pro: It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable space. Located in easy walking distance of most attractions. Easy to get in and out. Nice big table for everyone to sit around and chat.

Contro: The cooking utencils could be betetr and the knifes needs to be sharpened.

Huge space to be with family and friends, few steps from downtown

Pro: Excellent location. The rooms have a lot of space, nice bedlinen and pillows (although too soft for my liking kkk). Very easy to access the building. The communication with host also facilitated by whatsapp.

Contro: The kitchen was not properly clean and the toilets were too small with old \

Pro: We were a group of 7 people and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is perfect - very close to Santa Maria del Fiore but on a quiet street.

Très bon emplacement et personnel réactif

Pro: L’emplacement du logement est très bien situé, proche du Duomo notamment. L’agencement et équipements de l’appartement correspondent parfaitement aux photos, la literie était confortable (canapé lit moins confortable par contre). Le contact par WhatsApp avec le personnel était très bien et très réactif. Les consignes pour faire le check in en ligne quelques jours avant l’arrivée de manière à avoir les codes d’accès au logement étaient très claires et nous avons pu accéder très rapidement à l’appartement (1er étage sans ascenseur - attention pour les personnes à mobilités réduites cependant). Accueillis aussi par un petit mot et une bouteille de vin, geste toujours agréable à recevoir, merci!

Contro: La chambre qui donne sur la rue et le salon ne sont pas très bien isolées phonétiquement; on entend beaucoup les gens dans la cage d’escalier ou bien dans la rue/ ramassage des poubelles etc la nuit. Bémol pour le bruit d’autrui qui peut nuire certains moments (ex : pour notre dernière nuit, à 4h20 dans un des appartements du bâtiment d’à côté sûrement, les gens faisaient la fête donc musique à fond et parlaient très fort, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit pendant cette période peu importe l’endroit où on dormait. Heureusement que ce n’est arrivé qu’une nuit sur trois). Cuisine fonctionnelle mais manque quelques bols et torchons.

Estancia muy agradable en una ciudad hermosa

Pro: Departamento amplio, cómodo, muy bien equipado y muy bien ubicado en una ciudad hermosa. Anfitrión nos dejó un vino prosecco de regalo, un bonito detalle.

Contro: Todo muy bien

Pro: Lokacija top in tudi apartma super. Apartma je lepo opremljen z vsem. Parkirali smo v bližnji parking hiši in odšli do apartmaja peš cca 7 min. Vse je zelo blizu, restavracija, trgovine, slaščičarne, muzeji.

Contro: Edina stvar ki ni bila vredu, je ta sa se je zaštopal en wc. Apartma ima dve kopalnice in smo pol uporabljali drugega, ampak za veliko skupino ljudi je bil to problem. Glede na to da je bil praznik, nihče ga ni mogel prideti takoj popraviti. Ampak vredu, smo uporabljali drugega in ni bilo problema. Ostalo pa vse odlično.
