5 giorni dedicati alle meraviglie di Firenze e non solo
Pro: Appartamento ampio e vivibile perfetto per la nostra famiglia composta da 4 persone (tutti adulti), con parcheggio riservato nel sotterraneo che ci ha permesso di utilizzare l’auto a ns piacimento visto che un giorno siamo andati a visitare Siena ed un altro Pisa.L’aria condizionata poi ci ha salvato, la settimana di ferragosto il caldo all’esterno era insopportabile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque vari servizi, supermercati e bar. Davanti all’appartamento c’è il lungarno alberato, se non fosse stato così caldo saremmo potuti andare in centro a piedi (circa 2 km)
Contro: La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro storico e per raggiungerlo è meglio prendere i mezzi, purtroppo per noi la settimana di ferragosto ha fatto molto caldo e quindi era un po’ un disagio attendere il bus sotto il sole.

Comfortable stay in a spacious apartment
Pro: The flat is spacious with two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge area is also spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the river. There is a washing machine with a washing line in the back balcony which allows for speedy drying of clothes. The location is on the bus route with the bus stop right outside the building. This makes it easy getting around Florence. It is about a 20 minute walk along the river to Ufrizzi Gallery and about 30 minutes to get to the heart of Florence. Christiana met us at the flat and handed over the keys, and gave us valuable information regarding the flat. It also helps having an elevator to take the luggage up to the flat.
Contro: The mattress is very soft and it was a bit uncomfortable. The traffic noise as well as noisy neighbours did infiltrate the flat and make it a bit difficult to sleep. It was also unusual signing a short term lease agreement as this was the first time signing such an agreement when booking on Booking.com.

a very spacious, well-organized apartment with a stunning vista on the river
Pro: The vista on the river is beautiful, the windows in the sitting room are very big, covering most of the wall. Just stunning. Overall a really nice apartment, very well organized, spacious, comfortable, and with a (useful in Florence) garage. It has a nice terrace too facing the river, the road is a bit traffiky so we didn't use it. The owners were also very nice.
Contro: Due to the closeness to the river, there are quite a few mosquitoes, now in april it wasn't a problem but I imagine it might be in the summer. The air conditioning should be working fine though (we didn't use it in april) making it not much of a problem after all.

Pro: We loved that the place has a private parking as it is a challenge to park in Florence. There is an elevator in the building, which makes it easy to bring the luggage, as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Everything was very clean. There is a washing machine, an iron and a drying rack. The place is located about 20 min. walk from Ponte Vecchio, and then about 10 more minutes if one wants to go to the historic centre. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away and a cafe about 2 minutes. We would definitely recommend it.

Unit was clean and comfortable.
Pro: i liked that there was parking, although it was a little tricky getting in the underground area ( you need to use keys to unlock a couple of doors to enter and exit each time)
Contro: the outlets were difficult to use with our international charges - also didn’t like the pigeon poop on the deck. It would have been nice to have more towels and more toilet paper. didn’t like that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom with laundry.
