Casa di Dante-Roof Terrace

Pro: Il soggiorno ha superato le nostre aspettative. La casa spaziosa e con ogni comfort. L’ospitalità di Pasquale superlativa, molti consigli e chicche su questa fantastica città. La terrazza mozzafiato, con vista su Firenze.

Contro: È al quarto piano, con molte scale. A noi non ci è dispiaciuto, anche perchè rispettava l’edificio d’epoca. Magari per altri tipi di ospiti potrebbe essere difficoltoso.

Pro: La vista mozzafiato da ogni finestra presente nella casa, la posizione centralissima e la terrazza panoramica.

Contro: La pulizia della cucina e delle altre stanze dovrebbe essere più approfondita.

Pro: Pasquale è stato molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha dato molte indicazioni utili e si è dimostrato sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative, posizione ottima ma la vera perla è stata la terrazza privata con vista sulla cupola del Brunelleschi. Consigliamo vivamente, ritorneremo sicuramente. Forza Napoli 💙

Roomy stay with an amazing roof-terrace.

Pro: The terrace is very impressive. It has possibly the best views of the Duomo. The apartment is also quite roomy and the interior and furnishing matches the building style.

Contro: Since its on the highest floor, the rooms tend to run hot on a sunny summer day. Luckily, air conditioners in all the rooms can solve this. A sun shade on the terrace would be a great bonus.

Pro: The location is perfect. You have to go up to the house by 4th floor stairs but it is worth it for that terrace :) The house is really big but you can only spend time on the terrace, the view is magnificent. Since it is very central, you can walk everywhere.

Contro: We were not allowed to check in early, it was insistently stated that the house would be ready at 15:00. However, they came at 15:20 to hand over the keys. When we entered the house, we saw that the house was not clean. The reason we could not check in early was cleaning, but the house was not clean. We waited 30 minutes for the cleaning team to come. It took about 1.5 hours to clean the house. We wasted half a day... Despite what we experienced at the entrance, we told them that we wanted to leave at 12 instead of 10:00 due to our train time, but it was not accepted.

Pro: Superb apartment. Very spacious with well eqipped facilitiies. Comfortable for a group of six adults. Pasquale is generous host and keen to accommodate your need. View from the terrace is unbeatable.

Contro: Flights of stairs but the room and the view worth the efforts.

We had the best week in florence and felt at home in this apartment.

Pro: The location was perfect. You can walk to everything in Florence. Cafes/wine bars/shops/supermarket at your door. The view from the terrace is spectacular, it's even very good from the living room. The apartment is huge and really nicely decorated. We loved staying here. It was pretty good value for the size and location. The host was also very helpful with suggestions. We were there in mid-winter and heating was excellent.

Contro: The only real negative is the stairs - you need to climb about 80 steps. A dryer would be nice as well. It is a little bit noisy from the street at night, but not too bad.

A brilliant apartment

Pro: We didn’t ever think this property would live up to the pictures, but it did! Spacious, elegant and in an absolutely fabulous location, we loved every minute of our stay here. The roof terrace and the view is insane!

Contro: The only downer was that there were a LOT of stairs to get up to the apartment. Just something to be aware of. We’re quite fit and still felt it!

Pro: Everything, great location and a fantastic view from the roof terrace.

Contro: The stairs. The description does warn you about the stairs to the apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay. One bathroom had some issues, but the rest of the apartment was incredible.

Pro: Location was amazing and the rooms were gorgeous. The terrace was out of this world!

Contro: No soap in the bathrooms and one bathroom sub par.
