Charming & spacious Florentine home just two mins from tram stop

Pro: Good location, you can go to the main attractions by bus or tram. There is a bus stop on the street and tram 5 min far away. The apartment is located in a peaceful environment with so good bakery and bars. We liked a lot a book with information on near supermarkets, bars, shops etc. that host prepared for guests.

Contro: The apartment was cleaned immediately before our arrival so the smell of disinfectant was strong. It disappeared after we opened all the windows and doors. But at least you know it's clean.

Pro: What a wonderful place! We loved the experience! The hosts are super friendly, the apartment is very confortable and close to the center. And if you prefer going by bus, there is a bus stop on the street, with it you can go to the main attractions!

Pro: The apartment is located between the Rifredi railway station and Santa Maria Novella, in a peaceful and well-maintained environment. The host is friendly and responsive and we easily arranged to leave our luggage in the apartment on the day of our departure after 10:00 AM, allowing us to explore Florence without our baggage in the meantime:-)

Pro: It was clean and had everything a kitchen must have.

Contro: There was only a bathroom that was not very appropriate for 6 people.

AGRADABLE

Pro: El apartamento esta bien ubicado, limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos dias de visita en Florencia y alrededores.

Contro: Solamente hay unas llaves para entrar y salir y deben quedarse en la casa si solo sale una parte de la familia ya que si te las llevas dejas la casa sin luz. Esto es un problema ya que al volver tiene que haber alguien despierto esperando para abrirte. Deberia haber algunos trapos de cocina

Pro: La comoditat dels llits i del sofà llit, que tingués aire condicionat. La ubicació, molt a prop de les parades del tram i del bus per anar al centre. L'atenció d'en Niccoló ha estat excel·lent. Molt net i polit. Ideal per a una família amb tres adolescents.

Pro: Apartamento muy amplio para familia de 6 personas y el personal. No estaba la habitación lista y nos estaban esperando para poder guardar las maletas y que pudiéramos irnos a una actividad que teníamos programada

Contro: La ubicación un poco retirada del centro. Ya que íbamos con niños y personas mayores. Pero llamando un taxi en 10 15 minutos estábamos.

Excelente estancia.

Pro: El apartamento esta muy bien acondicionado, ideal para 6 personas. El vecindario es tranquilo y har transporte público cerca.

Contro: Solo recomendaría poder cortinas que cubran la luz exterior ya que por las noches entra mucha luz de las lámparas de la calle.

Placentera y práctica

Pro: La ubicación es óptima para conocer Florencia. Cercana a distintas opciones de transporte publico y barrio tranquilo
