Chic Florence Retreat City Gem

Pro: The air conditioning was silent and worked well, the place was very clean, nice decoration. 12min walk to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, 3 min walk to the tram and buses. Safe neighborhood. Our host Anthony, made us feel welcomed, had maps of the main attractions and restaurants.

Great visit and apartment with a great location

Pro: Anthony was a super host. We got great instruction prior to arrival as well as many tips from him

Pro: A wonderful accommodation! Anthony is very friendly and helpful, he ensures the self check-in process is easy and smooth, and provides all the information you need. The place is clean, smells fresh, and is equipped with everything you might need. Spacious rooms with large wardrobes. It's great that everything is well secured and that a parking space is included for 10 euro's a day. The location is convenient, you're in the city center in about 15 minutes.

Contro: Nothing, but if I had to mention anything at all, it would be the addition of a small drying rack for clothes, which would be helpful during a longer stay in Italy. There is a towel rack above the toilet, but it's not the most practical solution for drying your towels and some clothes when you are with 4 people.

Superb communication and accommodation.

Pro: Excellent communicationin advance of our stay. The ground floor apartment secure as was the private car park. Quality of everything from bed linen to the design of the apartment superb. This was the best property from all our holiday locations. Great location.

Apartment well located to the main Florence Rail Station, good size bedrooms and air-conditioning.

Pro: Good set up of the apartment, bedrooms (2) were of a good size, airconditioning worked very well and little to no noise from outside the apartment making it easy to sleep.

Contro: bathroom was a little small for three people using it.

Pro: Toni, has thought of everything, from the cute deco, extra coffee pods, comfy pillows, to the booklet he has on hand for us to read with maps, resturants, things to see.. highly recommend staying here

Contro: The bed in the smaller bedroom.

Une qualité de service rare !

Pro: Ce logement est encore mieux que l hotel ! Les lits sont hyper confortables comme on en voit rarement, l'appartement est spacieux neuf, tres bien équipé et on peut meme se garer, sans parler du fait que le tram se trouve a proximité. Anthony est très gentil et toutes les indications sont parfaites pour accéder au logement facilement. Merci à lui c'est un reel plaisir de voyager avec cette qualité de service !
