Lusso e Charme!

Fantastic location spacious and comfortable

Pro: Exactly as in the pictures. It was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic too. Close to the train station and a short walk to some nice restaurants. Don’t miss Giacosa the home of the Negroni cocktail.

Contro: The only downside (small) was the lack of an elevator. Heavy bags will be challenging.

Pro: Everything. Location is great, and the interior design The location is excellent. The interior design blends classic beauty with modern practicality, and everything is clean and well maintained. There's even a small balcony we could enjoy sometime. We were happy to stay here. After we confirmed the reservation, Valeria warmly and kindly shared a lot of travel information with us, and her introduction to the room was also very detailed. We will choose definitely choose here for next stay in the future.

Excellent! Comfortable, great location, beautiful apartment, lovely host (Valeria).

Pro: Location was excellent. Valeria, the owner, was lovely, and very informative/helpful when we met her at the property for the key handover. She also sent us a list of helpful places to eat/visit etc. It was also very nice to be left some items in the kitchen (coffee, milk, juice, croissants etc). Thanks.

Contro: Would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen (unless we missed it, i don't think there was one). But otherwise, the kitchen was well set-up with all we needed.

Perfect stay

Pro: I was lucky to stay at this charming gallery style apartment. It’s sparkling clean, newly renowned. Everything is perfect. Host’s really nice. Air conditioning is heavenly cool. Kitchen equipment is great. It’s on second floor without a lift. It doesn’t bother us at all. It’s worthy every time we open its door.

Beautiful Florentine apartment with all amenities and excellent location

Pro: The apartment is spectacular, just beautiful and feels very Florentine with all its unique art and a nice little terrace. It also had many amenities included, from toothbrushes and laundry detergent to coffee, juice, and snacks. The location is also excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions and to our pleasant surprise the famous oldest pharmacy in the world is across the street and an incredible restaurant is next door to the apartment, so you can easily visit these great places. The host Valeria is also wonderful, very kind and helpful, answering our questions how to get there, allowing us to leave our suitcases after checking out, and even sharing restaurant and bar recommendations. We absolutely loved the apartment and the city, we'd come back without a doubt.

Contro: Everything was great, the apartment is on the second floor so there are a few stairs to climb but it's nothing too bad (and I was six months pregnant during our stay!), and the host even helped us with our suitcases!

Pro: The apartment is full of charm, just like its name. It is located in a close aproximaty to the city centre and the train station. The host is extremely gracious and thoughtful with everything. One of the best finds

Contro: All good except the bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment. Shower in particular had a quirky temperature control

Thoughtful and beautiful setup

Pro: Amazing decor and very well equipped apartment. It was a very thoughtful setup. There were certain things which we don't usually see in apartment e.g. umbrellas, an apron (!!!), small disposable paper oven trays... It is a spacious apartment for two people. The bedroom, bathroom, a walk-in closet, a small balcony, and the kitchen + dining area are on one side of the apartment. The living room and the dining room are on the other side. The owner was generally responsive to messages and we didn't have much problem communicating. These are not negative but simply sharing some observations. Be mindful if you have large / heavy luggages that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building is an old one which does not have a lift. We did hit some power problems during our stay but simply resolved it on the switch box which is located inside the apartment. It was not the first time we hit similar problems in Italy so wouldn't see this as a problem specific to this place.

Contro: Just something good to have esp in winter, is a coat hanger near the front door. 🙂

I never give a 10 out of 10 rating, but this was close! I would definitely go back.

Pro: Location was excellent and very close to the train station (wish I knew this before taking a taxi as it is walkable even with bags). Many excellent restaurants in the area and the host provided other great tips. I preferred this over a hotel as you had peace and quiet when you wanted it and you have windows that open for fresh air and a small balcony along with many great amenities. Also you don't need to bring a hairdryer as they provide one.

Contro: There are plenty of outlets in all rooms, but not by night table in the bedroom, so my cell phone/watch were not within reach. This is not a complaint, just a mention.

lovely experience staying in this place, made my trip in Florence even more memorable.

Pro: A charming and elegant apartment in a quiet neighborhood. spacious and well equipped. great location, close to everything. the host is super nice, thoughtful and helpful. I feel like staying in a friend home.

Contro: nothing, all is perfect.
