Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento ampio e pulito, fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Gestori molto disponibili. Molto consigliato
Contro: Un po' di problemi con l'apertura della porta d'ingresso che si apre solo con la combinazione e non con la chiave. Scale ripide che potrebbero risultare difficoltose se si ha una certa età.

Molto carino ma con alcune carenze
Pro: La struttura è molto carina, accogliente e in una bella zona. Fornita di tutto. Letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo. I proprietari molto disponibili e veloci nelle comunicazioni (ma nessuno stupore in questi essendo un’agenzia immobiliare). Check in e check out a distanza
Contro: Essendo vicino ad un punto frequentato, si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Lo stabile è molto vecchio quindi ci sono anche rumori del condomino e le scale sono molto strette e ripide. L’appartamento non è luminoso come in foto, dove ci sono tutte le finestre spalancate, soprattutto la cucina rimane abbastanza buia. Il letto aggiuntivo è una brandina, non quello nella foto che sembra quasi una piazza e mezzo

Excellent location, great staff, would reccomend
Pro: The location of the property is excellent, 5/10 minutes walk from everything you could want in Florence, the apartment is spacious and feels safe.
Contro: The bedroom windows wouldn’t stay closed, can cause it to be a little noisy in the evenings, some comfy seating and a bigger would be a bonus.

Pro: Great location near food hubs. Not a long walk to the main area of Florence. Comfortable apartment. No issues.
Contro: The stairs up to the apartment. No AC (although there is a fan) in the room.

Pro: Beautiful apartament Spacious room Cleanliness The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. Whether you’re visiting museums, cafés, or enjoying the streets of this beautiful city, everything is just a short stroll away. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, always available to answer any questions and ensure I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence!

Well equipped apartment at perfect location
Pro: The location was fantastic! Minutes walk from all the main points of interest, with numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. The apartment itself is spacious with lovely design and has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Great WiFi, too. The self check-in was super easy and the stuff were always available for help and very friendly. We had wonderful time and would definitely book it again for our next stay in Florence!

Fantastic location close to the lovely Santo Spirito district. Highly recommend!
Pro: This was a great property for our 4 night stay in the city, in a fantastic location in the fashionable Oltrarno district, and within easy walking distance to all the key sights. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Communication with the hosts was efficient and friendly, and we would highly recommend a stay here.
