Pro: Beautiful place with all amenities. Easy walking to many resto and to the tourist attractions, if u don't mind with your luggages u can walked to the main train station.

Contro: The check in and checkouts time its very tight , they dont even offers us for storage. We had arrived early but can't do check in . 4pm check in and 10 am check out need to be flexible. They also asking us to bring our rubbish outside on the street 😒 once we check out which is its unusual. We had to lodge in the apps to open the rubbish bins, too complicated ! They should mention the Appartement did not provide a lift except stairs , so the travellers with the luggages will be aware of it .

Lovely tucked away gem

Pro: I was staying in Florence for a month and the apartment was absolutely perfect for my needs. Small but comfortable, in a great location very close to an amazing supermarket and useful department store, and most importantly a short walk to the studio I was studying at. The team were really helpful and sorted out a Bluetooth fob for the outside bins after my 7 day 'tourist' app expired, for which I was very grateful. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful and I wish I could have stayed even longer. I fully intend to stay again when I visit next time.

Contro: A couple of sharp knives for prepping food would have been useful. There were no blinds on the windows but the shutters mostly kept out the light, and I slept with an eye mask anyway so not a problem for me, but might be for others. The only really big thing I very much missed was a full length mirror! The apartment would be 10/10 absolutely perfect with those small additions

Pro: Good sized room with kitchen facilities and well decorated. Good location as near the centre and the local area had some good places to eat and felt very safe. Very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location for a visit to Florence

Pro: This apartment is in a great location - just a little bit away from the heavy tourist area, but still with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Its about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and the main attractions. The apartment overall is cozy and I was a solo traveler so plenty of space for just me. Kitchen was equipped enough to make some basic meals and the washing machine came in handy as I was there just over a week. Wifi was super strong and I was able to work remotely while there.

Contro: The apartment was a very damp when I first arrived and there were a lot of mosquitos and drain flies that were coming up from the drains. After the first night of being eaten alive, I purchased a plug in repellent, it helped, but it was clear the bugs were coming from the inside because I had kept the windows closed the entire time.

They were very kind and arranged an early check due to my early arrival in Firenze. Made my day

Pro: It was bright and clean , quiet and in a nice neighborhood . There were some wonderful local restaurants nearby .

Contro: The only things that could have been nicer was a bigger hot water tank for the shower.

Pro: Очень приятно было найти кофе и сахар(что после длинной дророги было необходимо), вообще вся квартира обустроена очень хорошо, имеется всё, что нужно, вплоть до кастрюль :) и гладильной доски. Расположение очень удобное, тихое и спокойное место, и наделеко от центра.

Contro: Я бы посоветовала более внимательно относиться к уборке

Pro: A empresa YID foi excelente na minha chegada e depois também quando precisei de ajuda. O colchão e os travesseiros ótimos. Espaços espaçoso Utensílios ótimos

Contro: -Não consegui deixar a tv no modo canal aberto, funcionava só com app -Faltava uma faca boa com bom corte -tem um detalhe que me deixou incomoda, não esperava isso de um b&b, que é, você deve levar seu lixo nas lixeiras públicas, devidamente separados. Isso deveria fazer parte da limpeza que é paga, e não o hospede ter que se preocupar com isso no último dia. E também porque nem todos os países separam igualmente aquela comuna, ou seja, tenho que estudar antes. Mais um detalhe, não tem cesto separado para casa material, você coloca tudo junto( menos o úmido) e depois tem que separar... ( Eu obtive a isenção de fazer isso muito gentilmente, após ter comentado com YID)

Pro: Appartement situé dans une rue calme a proximité des magasins et des transports en commun. Proche du centre et des principaux sites touristiques 20 min a pieds par les belles petites rue de Florence.

Contro: Rien tout étais parfait
