Santa Maria Novella deluxe Apartment

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Pro: Great feeling about the place - loved the decor, size of the rooms, balcony/ terrace and location was really convenient for walks to main attractions (Duomo, Uffizi, Accademia etc…)

Contro: Shower narrow and no shelf for shampoo (just soap dish) kept bumping into the tap and accidentally switching the water off - but that may be me being clumsy 🙂

Pro: The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a few days stay for a family of 4! The decor inside the apartment was beautiful, really fitting to the vibe of Florence. Distance was good, 4 minute walk to the tram station that would bring you to the central area, otherwise you could also walk for 10-15 minutes to reach city center. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Overall a great stay and we don’t have anything to complain about! Highly recommend :)

Very good apartment - decorated and well equiped

Pro: Location was convenient - to reach city center on foot and the airport by tram. The ambience was cool with decorated ceiling, art objects - really cool to dive into the Florence vibe :) It was possible to get two separated rooms with access to the bathroom, which allowed additional privacy. Kitchen was well equipped, we were able to use it properly.

Contro: The mosquitoes were nerving us all nights and the sofa in the living room was not very convenient to sleep.

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. What impressed me the most was the terrace, it is spacious and covered with greenery from people.

Contro: It would be good to have disposable slippers to go out onto the terrace.

Pro: Great placement walking distance to the center and to the main train station.

Gorgeous apartment not far away from the main train station

Pro: The apartment itself is gorgeous - very spacious, well equipped, clean, quiet. I loved high ceiling and the interior, frescoes. Cozy balcony (inner side of the building). Walkable distance from the main railway station and the oldtown.

Contro: The furniture in the balcony needs to be replaced. A bit overpriced having in mind that it is not the main area of Florence. I missed kitchen towel that could be very helpful to maintain cleanliness (it's so cheap and should be included).

Pro: Loved the rooms. Very spacious. Kitchen was a good size and easy to use. Great communication from the owner. Great location. Easy walk to the city or multiple bus routes close by.

Contro: Simple things like dishwasher pods/diswashing liquid were missing. The property provided a nespresso pod machine but the wrong pods. No laundry detergent. Couch bed was OK

Pro: We loved staying in this property. It’s so beautiful and has everything that you need. It could easily accommodate our family of four.

Pro: Very nice appartement, a lot of space, good airco, good facilities

Pro: Beautiful and spacious apartment that has everything you need within a short walking distance to all the attractions! It was a dream!
