Pro: Posizione. Accoglienza. Appartamento appena ristrutturato super confortevole!

Contro: Non c’è assolutamente nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Essendo appena ristrutturato mancano alcune piccole accortezze: appendi cappotti/ giubbotti. Una mensola in bagno e magari uno speccho in piu

Pro: The staff was very good and very welcoming. Location is very good near the city center approximate 15 min walk.

Pro: Everything was great! Very nice apartments, all equipments, very very comfortable bed! We really likes everything. Apartments near the street, but for me no annoying noices... slept as a baby I can recomend apartmens, owners can help you any time. I can say just a big thank you!

Apartamento cómodo e bem localizado.

Pro: 15min a pé até ao centro da Cidade de Florença. Apartamento moderno e renovado, todas as comodidades necessárias para uns dias. Cama confortável. Anfitrião simpático e pronto a ajudar.

Contro: Nada a acrescentar.

Pro: We had a fantastic stay! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a personal tour of the apartment by a friendly host who took the time to explain everything in detail. They were incredibly helpful, offering useful information about nearby supermarkets, attractions, and taxi services, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, very spacious, and perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was also excellent close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest.

Great location in Florence

Pro: Great location with the tram to the train station and airport steps away and 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. A bit small for two people though and not a lot of storage

Pro: Todo bien con el alojamiento. El cuarto por dentro era grande, tenía una pequeña cocina, lavabo y lavavajillas, además de máquina para el café, sobres de té, platos y vasos. También había una mesa y una tv grande smart, la cama lo suficientemente grande para 2 personas y muy cómoda. Solo nos quedamos una noche pero hubiera estado bien como para quedarse un par de días más.

Contro: Afuera no había ningún nombre o alguna señal que vinculara el edificio con los nombres de quienes teníamos con contacto para el alojamiento (sé que no es algo obligatorio, pero siempre da un poco más de tranquilidad). Por otro lado, no se pueden dejar las maletas en el alojamiento después del check-out porque nos comentaron que habían tenido malas experiencias antes, pero para compensar pudimos hacer el check-in antes de la hora usual.
