Pro: It's a very cozy and nice place with everything that you need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the shower, but they were able to fix it on Christmas Eve.

Contro: The location is good, but I thought it would be closer to the busier, more central areas. While you can easily walk to many markets and restaurants, the area itself is more residential one with not much to see or enjoy.

Lovely design and most comfortable bed

Pro: Beautiful studio apartment with the most comfortable bed. Great communication with the hosts. The shared kitchen is well equipped as well.

Contro: Please just add some signs on each of the doors with the names of the apartments to avoid confusion for other guests. We encountered that the other guests were trying to open our apartment during our stay. It was not a problem for us as we clarified the situation quickly but it might be helpful for the future.

Pro: Extremely comfortable bed . Lovely bathroom and shower.

Contro: Maybe just a little bit out of town.

Pro: Great location, easy to get to everything. The property was lovely and clean, well decorated and I would stay again.

Contro: The only thing that was missing was an airer to dry the clothes on from using the washing machine.

Lovely stay at Primavera- Boutique apartment.

Pro: My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Primavera boutique apartment very much, it had everything we needed for our short stay in Florence. The apartment was lovely and clean and beautifully decorated! The hosts gave clear instructions and were really easy to communication with, we would definitely stay here again.

Pro: Very nice apartment, the pictures look unbelievable but it really looks like that! And very well equipped. The hosts were lovely and kind, contact with them was very easy and fast! We felt like at home

Contro: I didn't know that the kitchen would be shared, I don't know if it was my mistake or if it wasn't in the ad, but it wasn't bad, everyone was polite and cleaned up after themselves
