Pro: Appartamento pulitissimo e completo di ogni confort

Pro: Struttura pulita e in una buona posizione per chi non vuole avere il caso del centro città, la signora Giulia ci ha accolto con entusiasmo e gentilezza, sicuramente la mia prima scelta in caso di ritorno in Toscana

Da Vasco, in un soggiorno che ti fa sentire come a casa

Pro: Struttura pulita accogliente e ubicata in una zona dove son a pochi metri tutti i servizi, host gentile cordiale e molto disponibile e ospitale

Contro: Se avessi avuto l’auto avrei trovato difficoltà a parcheggiare vicino casa, ma a poche centinaia di metri si trovava parcheggio

Pro: Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l' accoglienza, la professionalità e la disponibilità del proprietario sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Ottimo soggiorno. Da consigliare per chi non vuole spendere molto ed avere un ottimo servizio

Pleasant start to our Italy experience.

Pro: Good kitchen, well equipped. Clean. Lots of local information. Well laid out apartment design. Good shower. Comfortable bed, but pillow was firmer than one of us liked. Washing machine. Easy to get to Florence proper, but note the comment re buses below.

Contro: Right under flight path, with some late evening and early morning flights, occasionally waking us. Noisy street traffic. The local buses, especially #29 to railway station, were unreliable. Several times we had to walk an extra kilometre because of it. Trains are also unreliable. But neither transport complaint is the fault of the property, of course.

Very well equipped with friendly responsive host.

Pro: Simone's instructions for using public transport to reach the property were detailed and excellent and we did not find it a hassle. He was there very promptly to meet us and took us to the local supermarket etc. We would certainly consider staying there again if we come back to Florence.

Great place for visiting Florence

Pro: Cozy apartament with everything that you need. Although it’s not very close to the city center, the bus stop it’s really close. The host was very friendly and helpful, ready to give us advices about what to see and where to go. The apartament was clean, it smelled really nice and was fully equipped. It also have a market and a pizza place nearby.

Pro: Amazing people ready to support and help. Easy to connect

Great stay, close to airport and city

Pro: Simone the host was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the property and the area. The apartment was very neat and well equipped for our stay and allowed us to cook, do laundry and relax after our day out. We truly felt at home here. There was a big Conad supermarket nearby and some local shops: tobacco shops, bakery, a few small restaurants. The apartment is very close (1 stop away) from the airport and only a short ride from the city on the tram. We also enjoyed walking to the city through the local park (Parco delle Cascine) and its market. Overall a great stay we would recommend to other travellers.

Contro: In the morning it can get a bit loud outside from quite early due to the door-to-door rubbish collection and local traffic, mostly motorbikes.

Exceptionally comfortable place that will save you a lot of money to explore Firenze.

Contro: Slightly it is location, but just slightly, as it’s bit far from city center and close to the airport. However, bus is just around the corner and goes directly to T2 tram stop (5 minutes drive) from where tram leads directly downtown and central station (20 minutes).
