Ottimo Appartamento!
Pro: Ho prenotato questo appartamento per un gruppo di miei cari amici giapponesi, erano in 5: 4 adulti e 1 bimbo di 4 anni. Sono rimasti più che entusiasti! Molto ampio, comodo, pulito, in una posizione eccellente, vicino a tutto. Sicuramente l'anno prossimo che ritornano senza dubbio li faro dormire di nuovo qui, 100% consigliato.

Affascinata dalla bellezza di Firenze
Pro: Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i luoghi che meritano una visita a Firenze. Confortevole,in cinque siamo stati benissimo poteva starci tranquillamente un' altra persona. La collaboratrice è stata gentilissima. Consiglio questo appartamento per un soggiorno a Firenze.

Spatious apartment with superb location
Pro: The location is really superb. It is in the old city, walking distance from Duomo. Surrounded by good restaurants. It is quite spatious and the kitchen is well equiped. Beatrice, owner’s assistant, was very nice and helpful. Our plane was delayed so we arrived around 00.30 and she was waiting for us without showing any sign of dissatisfaction.
Contro: This is the old building where isolation is not very good meaning that very soon after heating is off the apartment ia getting cold (we stayed mid-March). For the same reason, you might hear your neighbour having a shower or the noise from the street (passers-by and delivery trucks).

Nice apartment in good location
Pro: Very nice clean, spacious property. Great location and lots of eating/grocery options in the area. Well equipped. Host let us keep our bag in the apartment for a couple of hours after check-out.
Contro: Going up stairs with luggage (luckily only on 2nd floor) - but this is common for the area. Wifi had lots of problems and we didn't have wifi for two days - this was a BIG problem for me as I needed to be on video calls which I had to then connect using mobile broadband. The property's power cuts out when we leave the apartment - this is VERY annoying if say I want to charge some devices in the apartment while I am out. Or if I want to leave my laptop on while I go out to do some sight seeing. NEVER ever experienced such a bad guest experience in my life while staying in an apartment. This made life very inconvenient for us.

Very pleasant stay in an open hearted central house
Pro: The house is actually 3 minutes from Santa Croce. In general it is very central, close to all the important sights of Florence: Duomo, Uffizi, Piazza della signioria etc. Everything was a 10-15 minute walk at most. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, but the stairs are not too tiring. The building is old, as is everything in the center, but the apartment is renovated in the basics, with a new kitchen and a new large bathroom (there is also a small wc). All rooms are large, with new furniture. Only the sofa in the kitchen needs improvement. Everything was clean and taken care of. The housekeeper was very friendly and very helpful in everything we needed. Overall I would happily recommend the house.
Contro: It could have a little more amenities: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, kitchen towels. (I don't know, however, if these were in the description of the house). Also, the couch in the kitchen needs fixing or changing.

Pro: דירה ממוקמת במרכז העיר, קל להגיע לכל מקום ברגל. דירה גדולה, נוחה, מאובזרת ונקייה. בעלת הדירה מאוד נחמדה וזמינה בכל רגע

un plaisir d'être dans le centre de Florence
Pro: L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment très bien cote pratique il est situe a cote d'un super marche le bus C2 de la gare à l'appartement les musées à proximité de Santa cross du musée des Offices. appartement extrêmement propre
Contro: Il manque quelques elements pour faire la cuisine et peut être une machine à café

Ruim en schoon appartement
Pro: Ruim en schoon appartement. Hele fijne airco. Ligt iets buiten het centrum maar er zijn veel goeie restaurants om de hoek en een supermarkt op paar minuten lopen. Heel stil en prima bedden. Voor €50 extra hadden we de 2e slaapkamer erbij, wat heel fijn was. Prijs/kwaliteit was goed

Wonderful apartment in the Heart of Florence
Pro: It was a fantastic stay! The apartment is extremely spacious; bright and sunny throughout the entire day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family, I saved a lot of money by not eating in restaurants for every meal. The full service grocery store is a 15 minute walk from the apartment, and there are various smaller stores within a 2 minute walk to pick up water, wine, fruit, etc. if you are in a hurry. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to Piazza Santa Croce, a very hopping area, but somehow the small street the apartment is located on remains quiet, even on Friday and Saturday nights!! All major sites are within walking distance, but if you prefer to take a cab they are readily available There is a washing machine and large drying rack for laundry. Oh, and the water pressure was fantastic!!!!(extremely important to me) The owner and manager are lovely, helpful, and are there in a heartbeat if you need something.
