Pro: Posizione, appartamento grande e luminoso, la signora che lo gestisce sempre accogliente e molto disponibile, pulito e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Io e i miei amici, eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Pro: Appartamento molto grande, ottima dotazione, ottima pulizia, posizione vicinissima al centro ma al contempo tranquilla. Host eccezionale, super disponibile e attenta alle nostre richieste

Ottima gita nella splendida Firenze tra 7 amici con la condivisione di una casa accogliente.

Pro: Host cordialissima, appartamento spazioso pulito e ben arredato. 10 minuti a piedi si a Santa Maria Novella e da lì il centro nevralgico di Firenze é a portata di mano. Una delle tre stanze ha una vista impagabile sulla cupola del Brunelleschi e il campanile di Giotto.

Pro: Giusy is the best host you can have. Always available and ready to share any info or tips on how to make your stay wonderful. The apartment is absolutely amazing, spacious, nice light, amazing view from the balcony, very well equipped, comfortable mattresses, very clean bathrooms.

Contro: There’s nothing I can complain about. All absolutely amazing more than you can wish for.

Best stay

Pro: The place is spacious, we stayed in 8, big rooms, clean bath, its located at the Tram station so in 5 min you are at Santa Maria Novella, the host was excellent, waited for us because we arrived a little bit late, informed us about parking, locations, cleaning the trash ecc…there is parking near for free at the street, the house has all the equipment needed, its warm with AC and another system for all day heat, i cannot describe the location with another words apart wonderful! I would return for sure and rebook! Price worth for what we had in return!

Contro: There is nothing that comes to my mind that i would change or don’t like it!

Absolutely perfect stay

Pro: Very nice apartment 5 minutes walking to Santa Maria Novela Train station. Duomo is about 20 minutes walking and Galleria Uffizzi 25 minutes. The tram station is in front of the apartment. The apartment is full equiped and from the back balcony you can see Duomo. It was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Giusy(the hostess) even though we arrived late(20.30) was waiting for us to explain about the entrance( entrer with code), gave us information about Florence and a map explain us everything. She was very helpfull, very kind,very nice lady and every time we need something she was responding immediately.There was a welcome bottle of red wine with some snacks which are very tasteful(specially the wine) and pleasant surprise.Its the reason that you like to stay when travelling.I will be back in the future for sure.
