Pro: La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e comoda. Gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e l’ambiente è veramente confortevole

Appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole

Pro: Casa accogliente, curata e pulitissima con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole. Non mancava nulla. La signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi ci ha portato pure una borsa di prodotti per la colazione e fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è circa a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro di Firenze e si trova in un quartiere tranquillo. Possibilità di portare il proprio animale da compagnia senza extra costi.

Contro: Purtoppo i 3 piani di scale sono impegnativi senza ascensore

Pro: La posizione era ottima della struttura e la cordialità oltre l'accoglienza veramente eccezionale

Gorgeous apartment

Pro: This apartment was a breath of fresh air! Valentina went above and beyond for us after Google Maps messed up the location and we ended up on the wrong side of town (use Apple Maps, it seems to be more accurate with European locations, we had issues a few times).

Contro: The stairs were challenging after a long day of sightseeing, and if you went out to ‘nip to the shops’ it meant going up the stairs again… but the apartment made up for it 😊

Great stay at Valentina's!

Pro: Great flat with everything you need. Valentina was ver friendly and was always ready to answer questions and help out. Additionally she made my kids very very happy by giving them some lego toys that were in the flat. I can definitely recommend the flat!

Pro: The room is quite big, there were a lot of snacks and coffee with tea and fresh fruits. Valentina waited for us till the last, because we were checking in at 23:00. Everything was great, I really recommend spending your nights here.

Authentische Unterbringung mit viel Charme

Pro: Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, die mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet ist. Was wir für unsere Workation besonders geschätzt haben, ist die zusätzliche Arbeitsecke mit Schreibtisch, so dass wir zu zweit in der Wohnung arbeiten konnten, ohne uns zu stören. Gelegen in einem normalen Wohnviertel bekommt man authentische Einblicke ins italienische Alltagsleben. In kurzer Distanz gibt es alles was man braucht, inkl. einem genialen Gelato- und Apero-Café. Valentina als Host gibt sich zudem viel Mühe, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Zwar ist man nicht total zentral gelegen, hat dafür aber auch nicht den Touri-Rummel. In die Innenstadt sind es je nach Ziel 2-3km, wobei der ÖPNV vor Ort helfen kann. Der ist nicht perfekt, aber tut (meist mit einem Umstieg) seinen Job recht günstig.

Contro: Schlafen war nicht immer leicht, da es nachts über 20 Grad waren und es nur im Wohnzimmer, nicht aber im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Bei offenem Fenster wird es zwar angenehm, aber dann hört man die nicht gerade leisen Nachbarn bis nach Mitternacht und bekommt Moskitos (gegen die es aber Verdampfer gibt). Trotzdem konnten wir genug Schlaf finden und unsere Zeit sehr genießen.
