Pro: Bellissima casa tipica in stile toscano come la cercavamo, grande e accogliente. A 15 min in macchina dal centro di Firenze ma nella tranquillità della natura

Contro: Vanno fatte delle migliorie al riscaldamento per chi va nella stagione invernale ma nel complesso di stava bene

It was really pleasure days for resting out of the city.

Pro: The House was really a new experience for us. We have never been in Toscan house, before☺️. They prefered our late night arrival as well. The area of the house, introduction, and guiedence from Marco was really great!😊 The house was a bit cold for us at the arrival ( 22.Oct), but rooms can heated very well with aircondition. The external massage bath also really good idea after the long tour in Pisa and Firenze. The rooms, bathrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is perfect. So we used the house as is, and we should stay more days 😉

Contro: The road going to the property is two way, but only one car can fit at some parts so you have to cross your fingers that no cars come from the opposite direction or be prepared to go backwards a distance to get to a place where the other car can pass

Pro: It was amazing to stay in frorence strongly recommended

Beautiful place but secluded

Pro: - Friendly staff - Cheaper than other options in Firenze - Big space and rustic - Bedrooms

Contro: - Very far from town - Very high to go up walking - Gas was not filled the day we arrive and we have to wait until we discover it

Pro: We loved the terrace and the view. It’s very spacious and everything you need is provided. The owner is very caring.

Contro: First it was a bit chilly downstairs since the weather has been colder than usual. But with blankets and turning the heater up it got comfortable.

Pro: Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut; wunderschöner Garten und tolle Aussicht; auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert; Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern

Contro: Unbedingt Mückenschutz mitnehmen

Вилла во Флоренции

Pro: Нам очень понравилось жить на этой вилле. Она находится в черте города Флоренция, имеет собственную парковку, по центра можно также добрать на трамвае или даже пешком. Мы были зимой и в доме было очень тепло и комфортно. Хорошая кухня с набором посуды и всего необходимого для приготовления еды. Гостиная, где мы проводили вечера небольшая, но для компании из 4 -х человек комфортная. Спальни находятся на 2-ом этаже. У главной спальни свой санузел с душевой кабиной, у второй отдельная большая ванная комната с ванной. Кровать удобная. Ночью было очень тихо. Возможно небольшим затруднением будет лестница на второй этаж, так как она достаточно крутая и длинная. На все наши просьбы о обращения хозяин реагировал моментально, что очень нас порадовало. Прекрасные и удобные апартаменты.

Une propriété de rêve avec une cour, jardin et paysage magiques!

Pro: Fantastique! Une vue de rêve sur la Toscane. Une cour et jardin typique et une maison immense datant du 15e siècle superbement rénovée . La gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire .

Contro: Quelques degrés de plus pour le spa. Une maison de cette qualité pourrait disposer d’ un micro-ondes. Cuisine bien équipée mais ajouter sel, poivre et des couteaux de cuisine bien aiguisés .

Pro: Skvělé místo po celodením chození ve městě po památkách. Odpočinek, klid nebo relax ve vířivce nemělo chybu. Bez auta by to asi nebylo tak fajn, na nákup do marketu to bylo 2,5 km, ale rozhodně to není překážkou. Vlastní kuchyň nebo venkovní grilování bylo také super. Ještě jednou děkujeme.

Contro: Možná by bylo dobré pořídit nové matrace. Je to jen názor. Někdo má rád měkčí spaní 😉. A repelent na komáry s sebou..😃👍
