W.e lungo a Firenze
Pro: Appartamento accogliente, ristrutturato da pochi mesi, letti comodi e posizione perfetta per girare il centro a piedi. Il quartiere S. Frediano molto carino e con tanti localini e ristoranti, il proprietario molto professionale e disponibile, ha anche un enoteca proprio vicino l'appartamento molto bella e con dolci spaziali.
Contro: La sera si sente musica dei locali vicini almeno fino a mezzanotte, ma se si va a letto più tardi non è un problema.

Favoloso!!!
Pro: La casa è bellissima. Arredata con cura spaziosa e pulitissima. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente curato e moderno in uno dei quartieri più belli e storici di Firenze. L host gentilissimo sempre disponibile che ci ha anche invitato nel suo ristorante esattamente sotto all appartamento dove abbiamo potuto degustare dell ottimo vino e cibo della tradizione toscana ma rivisitato. Che dire lo stra consiglio a tutti.

Beautiful apartment with lots of space
Pro: Building full of character and lovely spacious apartment. Bedrooms were clean and charming, and the beds very comfortable. The little terrace was a bonus and the host was very helpful.
Contro: The area is a little way out of the city and looked a bit rough when we arrived but we felt safe and found some fantastic local places to eat. The street noise was very loud on the Friday and Saturday that we were there (and went on until the early hours!) but we may have just been unlucky.

Pro: Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Todo el apartamento era muy amplio. Tenía la calefacción encendida y era muy confortable. Se puede ir andando a todas las zonas turísticas y la zona estaba muy bien, bares, supermercado, etc

Super hôte
Pro: L'hôte est vraiment disponible. Lacopo est super accueillant et prêt à tout pour notre bien être. L'appartement est spacieux. L'emplacement est super. Nous avons pu faire nos visites à pieds. Lacopo appartient un restaurant situé a deux pas du logement. Nous y sommes allés et le menu dégustation est vraiment super.
Contro: Une des chambres est située côté rue et le bruit est très présent tard le soir et tôt le matin. Il est difficile de dormir. Une des salles de bain a une douche mais seulement dans le bain. Il n'y a pas de rideau alors il est difficile de l'utiliser. L'autre salle de bain a une toilette fonctionnelle seulement pour uriner. Lorsque nous sommes 4 personnes, cela peut nuire. Surtout que nous avions fait nos recherches précisément pour avoir 2 salles de bain avec douches. La laveuse à linge fait beaucoup de bruit mais elle fonctionne bien.

Contro: Sort of 1.5 bathrooms, as one toilet is #1 only, but we appreciated having two showers for our group

Pro: Muy grande y moderno. Tal como se ve en las fotos. Es muy cómodo. Buenas camas. Cocina muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado muy potente.
Contro: El suelo suena tanto, que al pisar por las noches, despiertas a todo el mundo. El retrete eléctrico, es muy escandaloso, y suena cuando te duchas, tiras de la cadena, o usas el lavabo. Y el climatizador del dormitorio grande, no enfría apenas, aunque hace mucho ruido.

Pleasant stay
Pro: Large apartment most suitable for family. Can cook and wash clothes, and naturally dry in the balcony. The facilities are well provided.
Contro: Internet connection for wifi and mobile data is weak. No Netflix The floor is noisy when walking. The toilet and the air conditioner inside one of the bedroom is very noisy. The shower in the other toilet has no curtain and water splashes out in the floor.
