Pro: Appartamento molto carino , dotato di ogni comodità e molto vicino alla linea T2 della metro

Pro: Bilocale in un condominio, piccolo ma confortevole e arredato di recente. Perfetto per 2 persone, il divano-letto in sala può ospitarne una terza ma non è comodissimo e occupa tutto lo spazio. il check in è \

Contro: Sarebbe utile qualcosa in più nella fornitura della cucina, magari un po' di cose essenziali come sale grosso, olio e zucchero. Pulizia buona nelle parti principali ma non molto approfondita, per esempio c'era della spazzatura vecchia in uno dei bidoni e nel cassettone del divano letto delle lenzuola usate (le ho tirate fuori per sbaglio non vedendo quelle pulite che erano sul mobile a fianco). Attenzione perché se non si mandano in anticipo i documenti e i soldi della tassa di soggiorno non fanno entrare in casa. E' una procedura un po' rigida rispetto ad altri e può fare perdere un po' di tempo in un momento nel quale magari si ha fretta di entrare in casa, quindi è bene accorgersene in anticipo.

Pro: The bedroom is good size with air-conditioning. Kitchen works.

Contro: There's no Donna, I had to try to find layers of random sizes blankets and stack them up to make cover. The pots were oily when I took them out of the drawer. On the other side of town away from tourist spots. This probably suits those who prefer a long stay than a few days rushing to the attraction points

Pro: Kitchen had scissors Comfortable bed. Water pressure in shower good. Nice area. Lidl supermarket very close. T2 tramway station Novoli- Palazzi Rossi (270m away) this tram takes you right into town or to the airport. Really close to the airport but are not bothered by any airport noise. Stick vacuum and broom with dustpan. Baking tray in oven.

Contro: No Oven mitt No tea towel/hand towel/ kitchen towels No cling wrap/ foil/ baking paper No plug in sink for washing up.

Simple apartment outside of the center

Pro: - While outside of center, direct connection with frequent tram T2 - Nice breakfast place next door - Hosts available for questions throughout

Contro: - Our first apartment in Italy that did not have any wine glasses - Quite early checkout for such small place (10am) coupled with cleaners arriving even earlier (0945am) is not very convenient

Comfortable, clean and great location

Pro: The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk from tram station and 5 minutes from the supermarket. And the bed was very comfortable. Lovely stay!

Contro: Great facilities, like a washing machine but no laundry detergent. One a small thing but otherwise a perfect place.

Perfect place!!!

Pro: The perfect place to stay in Florence!!! The best I've lived in Europe! Everything is thought out to make guests feel at home. We will find here everything that may be useful during your stay. The apartment is equipped with a super working air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, extra blanket, duvet, etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, even olive oil were offered. The apartment smells new, is tastefully and elegantly furnished. Location, in a quiet place, close to the tram stop, which can take you everywhere. And the owners!!! People with passion who take care of guests as if they were family!!! Saying friendly, kind and helpful is an understatement, they ask if everything is fine, they respond to all inquiries, not only related to the reservation, but also provide advice on any other issue. I recommend it 1000%. I will be back there one day, for sure!!!

Pro: Très bel appartement et bien situé car en dehors de Venise mais tout à fait accessible en tram qui est à 2 min. L'emplacement dans Mestre est aussi très bien

Pro: Die Lage ist super, nur cca 100 meter zum S-Bahn die fährt jeder paar Minuten direkt in die Stadt. Ruhige Gegend mit viele Läden in der Nähe und einen Eissalon mit leckeren hausgemachten Eis - ein „Must have“!

Pro: Tvarkingas, švarus butas su viskuo, ko gali prireikti trumpos viešnagės metu. Jautėmės saugiai ir patogiai. Tramvajumi greit galima pasiekti miesto centrą.

Contro: Kiek nepatogi sofa svetainėje.
