Pro: It was fantastic stay. perfect clean flat with 2 Bathrooms. I would definite recommend it. I think it will be also gut for long staying. And we could easily find a parking place.

Pro: The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had three bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, and was in a good location. Parking was on the street rather than a designated spot, but we had no trouble finding one—though we were there off-season, so it might be different in the summer. The apartment was also fairly clean.

Contro: However, the biggest downside was the temperature. One of the reasons we booked this place was because it had air conditioners, which we expected to use in heating mode if needed. But when we arrived, all the remotes were missing, which felt very unfair. We had specifically filtered for a place with air conditioning, knowing that Italian apartments can be quite cold in this season. When we reached out to the owners, they said there was a central heating system set to 21°C. Unfortunately, the highest temperature we ever saw on the kitchen thermometer was 20°C, and at night, the heating was switched off entirely. This meant waking up to 18°C, which was very uncomfortable for us, as we are used to 23-24°C at home. This issue significantly impacted our stay and made it less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Pro: Clean and cosy. Within walking distance to a large supermarket and tram to the city centre. Parking was also right infront of the building for those who drive.

Pro: Bezproblemowe (bezkontaktowe) zameldowanie. W razie potrzeby jest stały kontakt z właścicielami. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne -> pralka i żelazko to bonusy na plus :). Dobra lokalizacja tzn. dobra baza wypadowa do centrum Florencji -> blisko przystanku tramwajowego (5 min pieszo). Niedaleko jest też duże centrum handlowe. Parking bezpłatny. Zawsze dostępne miejsca przy apartamencie lub sąsiednich ulicach. Polecam!
