Wine Apartments Florence Pomino

Pro: La posizione centralissima e le camere molto spaziose.

Contro: Molto rumoroso e il bagno un pò vecchiotto

Pro: Perfect location. Precise and timely instructions for accessing the apartment. Quickly responding staff. All functioning well in the apartment including the aircon.

Contro: We were not used to the sound of other apartments' aircon so that may disturb some.

Great place to stay in Florence!

Pro: This apartment is very central, very very close to the Gallerie degli Uffizi, the Galileo Museum, and the Ponte Vecchio. The AC worked wonders to keep the place warm on a winter day and the size of the bedroom is amazing. Communication with the manager/s of the property via WhatsApp.

Contro: The pin code to enter the property didn't work and I was only able to enter after someone else opened the door as the manager wasn't able to help - a wait of about 30 minutes. There is a faint smell of burned gas every time that I opened the hot water but only for a short while. The mattresses in the bed are not firm at all and they separate, making the bed too uncomfortable to sleep in. On Friday and Saturday nights the noise from the street is overwhelming until 3-4am and the windows aren't double glazed so I could hear everything going on in the street.

Perfect location with a great living space and bedroom.

Pro: The location was absolutely amazing. We were super centrally located and could walk to anything we wanted with ease. The rooms were very large and there was enough space for everything we needed to do.

Contro: The pull out couch bed was not very comfortable. Me and another person slept in the bed and both complained in the morning. You could feel the springs pretty significantly. Also, the apartment is older than we expected.

Pro: Schlafzimmer sehr schön, Lage außergewöhnlich, sehr sauberes Appartment, , vollautomatischer Check-in, hat aber alles perfekt geklappt

Contro: Steile Treppe zur Wohnung ohne Aufzug, ist aber in Florenz Standard. Für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen etwas bedenklich.

Pro: Sehr zentral, kein Schnick-Schnack, traditionelle Einrichtung

Contro: nachts zeitweise sehr laut, einchecken umständlich

Très très bien situé et pratique pour visiter cette ville magnifique

Pro: Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Florence, derrière la galerie des offices et à 15-20 minutes de tout. La climatisation a été très appréciée, il a fait plus de 34 toute la semaine. Accueil organisé, mail avec toutes les indications pour accéder à l'appartement. Appartement comme décrit dans l'annonce. Livre explicatif dans l'appartement. Produits ménagers m, torchon... très pratique

Contro: Les vitres seraient à améliorer : celles de la cuisine donnent sur les murs et les climatiseurs - bruit constant et chaleur. Celles de la chambre ne s'ouvrent pas et bruit de la rue toute la nuit. Il faut prévoir les boules quies 😉

A perfect Florence & Tuscan escape

Pro: Wine apartments was the best unit on our Italian tour. The property was very clean & the sofa bed was super comfortable with high quality linens & good pillows

Contro: The only slight negative if one had to be there was the steep steps to the first floor- it would be difficult for some people to carry luggage

Pro: Aconchegante, muito bem localizado, assistência dos funcionários, estrutura do apartamento

Contro: Por várias vezes chegamos em casa, a noite e o aquecedor estava desligado

Una estancia en Florencia maravillosa.

Pro: Por un error en la plataforma la empresa gestora del apartamento nos alojó en un apartamento diferente al reservado en Booking, si bien de primeras desconfié decidi aceptar. El apartamento era superior al que el reservado y la ubicación fantástica.
