Host super affidabile e disponibile,

Pro: Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto affabile e disponibile, ci ha anche dato moltissime indicazioni di attività da poter fare (come la marmorizzazione della carta da Riccardo Luci o la visita al pellettaio Romiti che un ottimo artigiano locale ) e luoghi da visitare alternativi o dove poter mangiare ! La struttura è molto bella, dista circa un quarto d’ora a piedi dal centro ma è ben servita anche dai mezzi.

Contro: L’unica nota negativa è stata l’odore sgradevole di fogna che ci ha accompagnato per 4 giorni… sarà magari stata colpa del meteo però non è stato il massimo

Pro: Arredamenti moderni, struttura spaziosa. vicino al duomo e a tutti i punti più interessanti di Firenze che si posso raggiungere tutti a piedi.

Our stay was excellent—super clean throughout, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient.

Pro: The apartment was beautifully designed—just like the photos! Everything felt thoughtfully curated and stylish. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the city center and the dome. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Contro: If you're just two people, the main bedroom’s bed is wonderfully comfortable. However, for groups of three or four, the upstairs includes a pull-out sofa bed that is extremely uncomfortable. It’s typical of many Italian-style sofa beds—thin (around 10 cm) mattress that leaves you feeling the underlying frame. There’s really no way to get a proper night’s sleep there. For guest comfort, I’d strongly suggest replacing it with a regular double bed, as a sofa in that upstairs loft just doesn’t work for sleeping.

Beautifully modern apt of the highest spec, great location -only a short walk from the Duomo.

Pro: Apt was beautiful and spotlessly clean! All furnishings and appliances were of the highest quality. Very impressed! Perfect location only a short walk from the Duomo and only a few minutes walk from local restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend! Simona and Lorenzo were so helpful - amazing hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Pro: I was many times in Italy. This apart was the best accommodation in Italy i ever had here. Modern, fashionable, with historical hue in decoration. Many interesting art books on the shelves. 10 minutes on foot to the city center.

Contro: the door, a heavy entrance door. But it didn't spoil our vacation.

Loved experiencing both the tourist attractions but also sampling local cafes and parks.

Pro: We stayed in this apartment last year and it was so perfect we returned. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with lots of space, a large kitchen and 2 large bathrooms both with showers. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood yet only a short walk to the centre, which provides the best of both worlds.

Pro: The apartment was absolutely amazing! A modern duplex apartment with all modern amenities within a historic old building. The decor, bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen - everything was top notch! My partner & I were extremely comfortable and the location was also good - to be slightly away from all the major touristy hotspots was also a blessing. Smart TVs in both the bedroom & living room. Having two full bathrooms was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples as well as families with young children. Will definitely stay here again on returning to Florence.

Contro: Nothing to do with the property but the concierge/manager of the property - Pasquale, was not good at communicating with us via WhatsApp or phone before our check in. In fact, despite repeatedly messaging and calling, NO REPLY! We had to delay our arrival by one day due to some urgent work, the concierge would just not reply or respond to our messages almost a week before our check in date. We had to ultimately contact booking.com support who helped us to change our check in date so we wouldn't lose the entire booking. We ended up paying for one extra night - which could have easily been avoided if he responded to us on time. Also upon checking in, the manager - Pasquale took ALOT of time explaining basic information to us about the apt which we could have easily figured out within 5 min. He was more interested in pitching restaurants and tours for which he could provide a \

Florence trip

Pro: Appartment was top and fulfilled our expectations fully. Interior design was very selected. Appartment is centrally located and anyway in a quiet zone. Pasquale knows his job and his attitude is highly professional. His former aquired experiences make him a relaiable person. Grazie Pasquale! I can only recommend Arts & Crafts apparment in Florence.
