Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura bella e accogliente.

Pro: Arredamento e posizione eccellenti. La presenza dell’ascensore é senz’altro un valore aggiunto. Il personale è assolutamente disponibile e gentile.

Contro: La mancanza delle tende alle finestre non consente di aprire le persiane. La luce nella zona pranzo è davvero minimal. Forse qualche prodotto in più di uso corrente in cucina e in bagno.

Pro: Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Firenze. Appartamento molto luminoso, confortevole e piacevolmente arredato.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso, arredato con gusto e ben attrezzato (dotato di lavatrice, stendino, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phon e ombrelli). La posizione centralissima ci ha consentito di visitare a piedi la città e raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Firenze. Lo staff ha risposto celermente ed esaustivamente a tutte le nostre domande. Comodissimo il check in con codice di accesso per il palazzo e key box per l'appartamento. Al prossimo viaggio, vista l'esperienza positiva, riprenoterò sicuramente in questa struttura.

Great hosts with a very smart apartment in superb location.

Pro: Location is great, very close to a supermarket, McDonalds if that is your thing and also the Duomo. Eataly is just down the street with some very nice produce. Our hosts were very helpful and polite.

Contro: Bed was a little hard, even for my liking, shower cramped with an annoying shower curtain which kept creeping in. Television is too small, knobs for the gas cooker are loose which is possibly dangerous and the water pressure throughout the apartment is pretty poor (top floor).

A fabulous stay in a lovely apartment close to all Florence’s main attractions.

Pro: It had everything we needed for a week’s stay and is super close to the city centre - less than 10 minutes’ walk to the Duomo and 3 minutes to the Accademia. Easy access to all the places you’d want to visit and to great places to eat and drink, including the Shake Cafe opposite. It is typically of an apartment in the centre of a European city - on the top floor (there is a tiny lift) and felt peaceful in spite of being on a busy road with roadworks outside. The shower room is small and the water pressure is not great but there is plenty of hot water, clean fluffy towels and a hair dryer. There is a kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It was plenty big enough for the two of us but might have felt cramped for four people.

Contro: The bed on the mezzanine was somewhat firm for us - but that’s personal taste. The kitchen would benefit from a few more cooking utensils and we have fed that back to the owner.

Full experience of florence living. Amazing vacation.

Pro: There is something about these ancient rustic buildings that gives a unique warmth. It’s beautiful to look at. This apartment is very good florence standard of living and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is probably the best thing about the apartment, its 5-10 min walk to all tourist spots. Bistros and cafes in the same street. The staff is very nice and extraordinarily responsive. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest. I highly recommend:)

Pro: Completa, bien ubicada, limpia. Hubo un desperfecto con el Lavarropas y buscaron solucionarlo inmediatamente. Muy atentos!

Pro: Konumu cok guzeldi. Genis ferah ve rahatti. Asansor olmasi cok isimize yaradi. Tekrar konaklamak istedigimiz bir yer olarak listemize ekledik.

Excelente elección para Florencia

Pro: La ubicación es excelente, y el tamaño es genial para Europa... muy amplio y con todas las comodidades. La lavadora es de gran ayuda y el aire acondicionado es excelente para el clima tan caluroso.

Contro: Que estan remodelando la calle de afuera, y era demasiado ruido por las mañanas, pero entiendo que es ajeno al lugar.

Pro: The instruction was so easy, walking distance to every main site.
