Perfect location to explore Florence

Pro: The location was perfect for a stay in Florence. We were so close to everything we wanted to see, but it was still really peaceful. We were also able to escape the heat of the hot summer in the middle of the day. The host, Luca, was friendly and very accommodating. It was also great value for money.

Contro: Room could use a kettle and some better pillows.

Next time I'm in Florence I will book this apartment again.

Pro: Our host Marco met us at the apartment. The instructions for entering the building where simple. We enjoyed the space and natural light in the apartment. The central heating was just enough to take the edge off the cooling nights. The proximity to the Doumo can be seen from the front door of the apartment. And is a photo opportunity! I highly recommend this apartment.

Contro: I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and that we had to climb up to the second floor. Marco offered to help us which was appreciated. My husband chose to carry both our bags up and to be honest the walk down with the bags at the end of our stay was very easy for him. So it all depends on your fitness level.

Nice space in great location

Pro: Great location with very welcoming host. Lovely, tidy and light airy space to spend time with good A/C. Everything there we needed for a memorable stay. Washing machine was a bonus. Separate toilet and bathroom was another bonus although the toilet space might be tight if you're a big person.

Contro: Nothing of note.

Great location. Easy walks to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely come back

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja przy samej katedrze ale od podwórza- z ulicy nic nie słychać. Bardzo czysto. Apartment świetnie wyposażony. Przemiły właściciel.

Contro: Głośno z klatki schodowej ale na szczęście w nocy nikt nie hałasował.

Parfait !

Pro: L emplacement est exceptionnel pour visiter la ville à pieds. La propreté de l appartement est irréprochable et Luca, notre hôte, est très sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Contro: Rien

Pro: Locație excepțională. Este o clădire veche,ca toate cele din Florența, si in zona sigura,avand in vedere ca este chiar langa tribunal. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar,inclusiv cu cafea din partea casei. Totul este curat,si patul odihnitor. In imediata apropiere se afla doua Carrefour express , terase si magazine. Și mai ales ,in capătul străzii la 200 m este Domul!

Small but perfect in a great location to enjoy Florence.

Pro: The location was perfect. I could see the Duomo as I looked down the street and a tram stop was only a couple of blocks away. It was small but had everything I could want including a delightful little balcony. It was very hot when I was there and the airconditioning worked perfectly so I was very comfortable.

Contro: Walking up the stairs after a long day out - but it was good for me and I got used to it.
