Pro: The host is exceptionally kind and sent us a lot of tips for visits and dining options. We loved our stay here!

Pro: The apartment was very central, just a few steps away from restaurants, shops, and the central market. The train station was 6 minutes away. The place was cosy and had plenty of sunlight. Hugo was the perfect host, welcoming us into the building, giving plenty of suggestions on where to eat, and places to visit. I highly recommend it. Next time I'm in Florence, I'll definitely come back.

Excellent location, lovely clean apartment with a thoughtful great host!

Pro: The perfect place to stay in Florence. The location couldn’t be better and seemed to be a short walk to all the main sights. Also just a short walk from the train station where you can get trams to the airport. Hugo was so helpful, always replying quick with any questions I had. He gave us a list of suggestions from restaurants to famous shops and churches. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Florence.

Pro: Superb location 5 mins walk from the central train station and 15-20 mins walk to every tourist attractions. Nice and new studio flat. Comfortable bed. Ugo is a nice host, super helpful, and replied to our messages very quickly. He and his team came to see us when we checked in, explained everything, and gave us good suggestions about food and places to go. \

Contro: 1.The flat has no lift ( but we are on the 1st floor and Ugo kindly helped me to carry my suitcase.) 2. The water pressure is quite low. 3. Sometimes, the heater has a very loud noise every 10-15 minutes.

Pro: Our hosts (Hugo and his wife) welcomed us upon arrival and we're very warm and friendly. They send us so many suggestions for our days in Florence and helped us with a personal health mater. The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The location is amazing, as you are very close to both the city centre and the S. M. Novella train station. I would suggest this amazing stay as an option while visiting Florence.

Pro: We loved the apartment. Ugo and Gabrielle met us on arrival and were so friendly and helpful with everything and some great recommendations. We had everything we needed for a comfortable,fun stay. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Contro: Nothing not to like. Maybe a little noisy over the weekend but we were supplied with complimentary earplugs so no complaints. Ugo has thought of everything

Funky apartment in handy location

Pro: Gorgeous apartment with superb comfortable beds. Lovely host who welcomed us with information about Florence and yummy biscotti. A short walk to the market and the Duomo as well as shops and restaurants.

Contro: The apartment is on a busy street and so the provided ear plugs were needed by some of us.

Overall, very lovely and comfortable.

Pro: The bed/linens/pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely. Great location and the host was lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Contro: The shower didn’t really work so was hard to shower and the pressure was terrible. The aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off at night, but we did have a fan which was great.

Very good accommodation close to everything in Florence.

Pro: It was excellent. Only 10 min from train station. Easy to find the «front» door. Just a few minutes from the grocery store. Close to all main «attractions». Clean and tidy. Newly renovated. Just like the photos.

Contro: Only thing to complain about is that the air conditioning was a bit loud. Tried the eco/night mode but then it was not enough are coming. Tried the fan with open windows but then the noise from the street was annoying. Other than that, 10 out of 10 stay. Hugo was very helpful. Met us around midnight on a Saturday to give us the key etc. a lot of recommendations for where to eat etc.
