Florentine Gem

Pro: Great location with lots of food, drink and culture on the doorstep. Easy no contact access and good communication from staff in advance, paid city tax in advance as well, which was nice. Had everything we needed with a homely Italian feel, the pictures don't do this accommodation justice.

Contro: There was limited space in the bathroom for toiletries. Google maps didn't take us to the right location, it was further down the street, but thanks to the host sending us ample information (including a picture of the outside of the apartment) we found it in no time at all. You do have to take your own rubbish out when you check out, but its so close to the apartment, so wasn't a major inconvenience. The seats outside arent the most comfortable, but they provided several cushions, so just took 1 out with me to sit on and it made a really nice spot for morning reading with a coffee, out of the hot Italian sun.

Wonderful hidden gem in a thriving area of Florence

Pro: Location was superb. Fab authentic florentine style. Hosts were fabulous too.

Contro: It is lower ground and does have a bit of a musty smell. But to be expected from an old traditional building

Pro: Very spacious and in a convenient location. Having the kitchen and washing machine were a plus. The staff were super helpful. Our originally booked apartment had an issue so they had to move us to another one of their properties. It was seamless and worked out very well on the end. They always responded quickly to messages.

Contro: It didn’t have blinds on the windows. Didn’t end up being a big deal but was a little inconvenient. Fairly plain interior so could use a little decorating.

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, apartament wysprzątany, łóżko wygodne, dobry kontakt z apartamentem. Problem, który miałam z suszarką został szybko rozwiązany. Świetnie że była pralka.

Contro: Stara instalacja - żelazko wywala korki, suszarka prawie się spaliła po włączeniu do kontaktu. Bardzo ciemno - lokal co prawda ma małe patio, ale wewnątrz jest ciemno nawet w środku dnia. Brak żelu pod prysznic.

Pro: La cama es muy cómoda. El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación. En general está bastante bien.

Contro: La entrada. El pasillo de la finca está descuidado.

Escapada a Florencia

Pro: Es un estudio cerca del centro, cómodo e ideal para unos días. Eso sí, al ser un bajo se escucha ruido cuando abren la puerta principal, pero por lo demás perfecto. Limpio, organizado y la comunicación genial.
