Ottima struttura familiare in centro

Pro: Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ottima posizione, molto vicina al centro (Duomo). Avevo letto recensioni negative ma non riesco a capire cosa pretendono gli altri viaggiatori per soli 15/16€ a notte a persona.

Buena ubicación

Pro: Ha una buona posizione, ottima per anziani in gruppo, comoda poiché dotata di due bagni

Contro: L'unica cosa che ti manca sono gli utensili da cucina, ci sono solo le basi.

Pro: Great for families especially with adult kids needing separate rooms. All double beds!! Fantastic big rooms. Two bathrooms! A little noisy at night but nothing earplugs can't fix! Not bad location, we walked from train station, about 20mins. All flat so not too bad with luggage. Tram nearby if you don't want to walk. Got early check in, and Caterina arrived to meet us and let us in at exactly the same time!

Contro: Unusual mixture of kitchen supplies, not great with tea and coffee making essentials. None really!. Fridge iced up and froze our food. Broken freezer box. Main bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. Back of the toilet coming apart.

Pro: Everything was great. The apartments are great, the staff is friendly. Convenient location. I recommend 100%.

Contro: one of the rooms is noisy at night because the windows face the road

Overall a very nice stay with helpfull people that can be reached by whataspp or mail or phone.

Pro: 1st the location is great. you'll find restaurants nearby and an amazing coffee place just 2 minutes away. Not very far from the main tourist visiting places, near a boulevard, with public transport options nearby. The place has 3 rooms, so you read that right. One small bedroom near entrance, a bigger room with a bathroom after that, than the third room right at the end. So it's a nice place for some big family or a group of friends, each bed is big enough for 2 persons each.

Contro: You have air-condition but its not working as it's not chilling the room. They need to fix it. You'll have low water pressure but i don't think it's their fault ... buuut it's their fault that the shower is wrapped in duck tape :))) Also it was a bit unpleasant to send the ID's for 3 times to different people. In the future they have to be more careful at this things and request personal info's in a more professional manner.

Pro: The place was great, so close to so many monuments. Easy access. The A/C was a plus.
