Passera Royal Suite

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del primo maggio al passera royal suite e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Fiore all' occhiello indubbiamente la posizione eccellente, su piazza della Passera (leggere delle sue origini è stato a dir poco esilarante) a 4 passi da ponte vecchio e dal cuore del centro di Firenze La suite si trova al secondo piano senz'ascensore del palazzetto a via dello sprone che la ospita Bella struttura anche se dalle finiture un po' ecletticche che sembrano leggermente decontestualizzate rispetto al posto dove ci troviamo tuttavia i materiali sono di pregevole fattura e nel complesso la struttura ha 1 buon rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto per la posizione

Contro: La caldaia a volte non funzionava , in 1 occasione abbiamo addirittura dovuto fare la doccia con acqua fredda....meno male che in questi giorni ha fatto caldo! Inoltre dal termosifone del corridoio c'era sempre una vistosa perdita d'acqua che suggeriamo allo staff di far sistemare

Romanticamente meraviglioso !

Pro: L’Appartamento è meraviglioso, molto pulito, uno dei più belli dove siamo stati in vacanza. Finemente decorato ed arredato con grande gusto. Ci sono tutte le comodità, il letto è confortevole. La posizione è molto centrale a qualche minuto dal Ponte Vecchio e in una via molto silenziosa, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Grazie ad Alex per la gentile accoglienza e l’aiuto anche per prenotare il taxi. Torneremo appena possibile

Autumn trip to Florence

Pro: Beautifully maintained flat. Superb attention to detail. Coffee, teas, milk, juice & simple breakfast included. Less than 10min walk from Ponte Vecchio, 5mins from Palazzo Pitti & Boboli Gardens. 15mins from T2 tram stop & Duomo Numerous bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Fabio & Alex were accommodating with our request to leave our bags on checkout for collection later. Great communication before visit and smooth check in. Perfect for our 4 night stay in Florence.

Contro: Would have loved a mug for a 'proper' cup of tea (went French & used cereal bowls!)

Beautiful and unique apartment

Pro: Lovely place to relax and explore Florence. Very quiet but in the middle of everything. So easy to walk everywhere .

Pro: Best location, at the city center. Very nice apartment. Clean, convinient, all that you need.

Marvellous location and beautiful flat

Pro: Location was very convenient for major sightseeing and also it was on a quiet street. You could walk to the train station, Uffizi, and the ponto vecchio was just around the corner. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The bed comfortable enough, and the kitchenette offered cutlery and pans for cooking. There were small snacks left for breakfast like jams, flakes and packed pastries, as well as milk. The coffee machine was excellent.

Contro: I would suggest adding a few more mugs (there were just two small cups) and sort the heat alarm in the shower as could only run the shower with the door open. The pillows were two hard for me, and sometimes could hear people in the adjoining flat as there was only a thin door in between.

Beautiful apartment, great location, early check-in appreciated, but friendliness goes a long way.

Pro: The location is great, perfect for us because it was just outside the super touristic part of town but still within walking distance of everything. The apartment is beautiful, super stylish and well equipped. The big TVs in both the living room and the bedroom were a nice bonus for winding down after a long day of walking around the city.

Contro: The communication with the host left something to be desired. While the early check-in was granted, which we appreciated, the tone of the messages felt a bit curt. When we arrived in Florence we let the host know we were around the corner having a drink, said there was no rush, and asked him to text us whenever he was ready for check-in. When he said he was ready, we politely asked if it was okay to finish our drink or if he'd prefer my husband to come right away, and specifically said \

A cozy, home-like apartment in Florence

Pro: Very central and quiet location. Close to all the main attractions. There are good restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a warm, home-like feel.

Contro: The breakfast was quite basic. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage.

Pro: Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig und dennoch Nähe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für zwei Personen, schön aufgeteilt und hübsch eingerichtet im Stil der Stadt. Das Bett war zwar weich für unseren Geschmack, aber sehr bequem. Die Küche ist für zwei Personen ebenfalls ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. .

Contro: Die Sitzmöbel in Küche und Wohnzimmer sehen zwar schön aus, waren aber nicht besonders funktionell für uns.

Pro: Locatie prima, bed en bad uitstekend. Lekker rustig

Contro: Brandveiligheid. Geen vluchtroute. Ontbijt is volgens Italiaanse norm, beter zelf inkopen doen.
