Great location, heaps of room but needs some upgrades.

Pro: Location is great. The property is a good size for two couples or small family.

Contro: The bathroom is very outdated. There is barely any room between the shower and toilet, and getting in and out of the shower on wet surface is very hazardous. Definitely don’t recommend for people with disabilities or elderly. Also the bathroom window won’t stay shut. The stairs to the upper mezzanine bedroom was very obscure and challenging to go up and down. This can be very hazardous. Definitely don’t recommend for people with disabilities or elderly. This should be upgraded. If these things are upgraded the property could be rated 10/10.

Pro: Perfect location and a quiet escape from the busy streets of Fl9rence. It's an ideal base for explorimg all the attractions, garage is also very close.

Pro: We found the location to be a highlight. It was out of the busy tourist area but an easy walk across Ponte Vecchio to everything. We got to experience more of a local feel.

Contro: The bathroom is a little small but all you really need

Great apartment in a Perfect location in Florence.

Pro: The location was perfect, the piazza was great with the best gelateria, spritz bar, restaurants right on the door step. Easy walking across Ponte Vecchio to all the main sights.

Contro: Shower is really tiny and you have to step over the toilet to get in and out! But apart from that everything else is fabulous.

Pro: Location, comfortable beds, disheswasher, great service

Lovely, big apartment with perfect location.

Pro: The apartment is big, well equipped (I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen and clothes washing machine was a lovely suprise). There were air-source cooling/heating pumps in every room excluding kitchen. Communication with hosts worked well. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and a block from Palazzo Pitti. Gelato place, trattoria and aperitif- place (spritzers 4,5€) downstairs and a big supermarket right next to Ponte Vecchio, 5 minutes away. I really liked the place!

Contro: Shower is small. Mosquitos found their way in during the nights even though windows were not open.

Pro: The process was very easy. Instructions were very clear. Video was extremely helpful.

Pro: Localização fora do centro mas muito boa. Chegamos e o proprietário deixou o ar condicionado ligado nos cômodos, uma ótima recepção nos dias de calor.

Good location and value.

Pro: The location was great, easy access to everything without being in tourist area. The beds were really comfortable, even for people with different preferences for mattress types. Nespresso worked!

Contro: One roll of toilet paper, no hand soap, no paper towels, no napkins. These are easy to supply. - we traveled with our teenage son who we put in the upper bedroom, so the stairs were not an issue for us, but those crazy stairs could be a problem for some. Also, seems chalk to step down from the shower with nothing to hold.
