Typical Florentine Apartment

Pro: Posizione centralissima, personale accogliente e pronto per rispondere alle necessità. Arredo tipico, particolarmente apprezzato.

Contro: L' appartamento è al terzo piano, senza ascensore, con rampe ripide e lunghe. Non tanto comodo se si deve portare su un passeggino tutti i giorni. Le finestre d'epoca lasciano passare tanto rumore dalle vie sottostanti. Scaldabagno non adatto per più di una doccia

A home in the heart of Florence

Pro: The location was superb. The view of the Dome roof from the balcony was fantastic.

Contro: The only inconvenience was a problem with electricity, which the owner solved in two days. It is an old building right in the heart of Florence so such events are to be expected. Also, one has to tolerate the noise of unruly tourists late at night but this is the price one has to pay for such location.

Pro: Extraordinary view, great location (around the corner from the Dome) and best host Martina. Martina was very flexible, helpful, caring, happy to offer advice. Beds were comfy and most of the windows face to a quiet street, except one bedroom.

Contro: As mentioned in former reviews - furniture is a bit outdated and sofa would definitely need refresh (although my sons loved it).

Pro: - The view was amazing, better than the photos -The location is perfect, right in the center of all major attractions -The cozy feel of the apartment -The staff, especially Martina, were super responsive, nice, and helpful -The price was quite affordable compared to similar apartments

Contro: -The stairs, it is on the third floor, but that is the price you pay for an amazing view

Pro: Perfekt lägenhet i centrala Florens. Korta promenadavstånd till alla sevärdheter och kollektivtrafik.

Contro: Synd att boendet på tredje våningen inte har hiss. Mer än 60 trappsteg kan vara problematiskt för barn, äldre, funktionshindrade mfl. Störande ljud nattetid i sovrummet mot Via del Corso. Kunde varit bra om vi fått två nycklar, eftersom vi delade boende med vänner.

Pro: Appartement avec beaucoup de style et de charme idéalement placé ( vue sur le Duomo).le nom n'est pas usurpé cet appartement a une àme il est très authentique, pas de IKEA....

Contro: L'appartement est sous doté en petit équipement, pas assez de verres ni d'assiettes. Les prises électriques sont rares, dans la cuisine il faut parfois débrancher un appareil pour en brancher un autre ( sans doute le prix a payer dans ces vieilles maisons).Un système de va et vient électrique pas toujours simple à comprendre.

Beau séjour avec vue sur la Basilique Santa Maria del Fiore

Pro: Localisation, vue sur le dôme de basilique, et décoration

Contro: Il manquait assez de verres et de tasses pour une famille de 4 personnes. Un étendoir (qui n’est pas cassé) pour l’intérieur de l’appartement serait une bonne idée pour les séjours où il pleut.

Very central in Florence old town, close to everything, great size apartment

Pro: No breakfast included. The apartment had everything that you needed and had a nice balcony

Pro: Meget centralt beliggende, med en fantastisk udsigt.

Contro: Der var problemer med at der ikke var varmt vand.
