Pro: Spacious, updated, and spotless apartment, perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood yet only a short ride tram/bus ride to the city center and main train station. Gabriel was well organized and prepared. Shared a detailed guide which answered any questions we could possibly have before we thought of asking them. Also got a welcome bottle of wine on request. One of the best places I’ve found on booking so far!

Beautiful stay, so close to tram, spacious rooms and great facilities

Pro: The space and facilities were great for a long stay. Easy check in and out procedures with an amazing guide to local things to do and places to dine.

Pro: Comfort, cleanliness and disigne of the flat. And location of course.

Contro: Access to the key could be easier...

Pro: Fantastic host, very helpful, immediately solves every problem. Nice neighbourhood - close to tramway line from/to the airport, three grocery/supermarkets within a walk distance.

Contro: Squeaking bed ;)

Great experience

Pro: It was a great experience. The flat was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay of 1 week.

Contro: The wifi was very slow sometimes of the day.

Cosy

Pro: Beautiful space, newly renovated. Easy to access/to get to city centre via tram stop nearby. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet with stores around if you need anything. Gabriel was helpful with one little issue with the showers, which he fixed immediately. Definitely a gem in Florence for those who are traveling!

Pro: Our trip was fantastic, apartment was perfectly clear and we had everything that we need. Gabriel was very kind and my rate for this apartment is 10/10.

Muy cómoda y placentera.

Pro: El departamento muy lindo, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, muy bien ubicado está cerca de la parada del bus para ir a la estación de Santa María Novella y por lo tanto a buena distancia del centro de Florencia.

Wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes Apartment, mit Schwächen beim Schlafkomfort

Pro: Das Apartment hat uns von Anfang an begeistert; es war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch absolut sauber und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der durchdachten und umfassenden Ausstattung. In der Küche fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Ob Kochutensilien, Geschirr oder praktische Kleinigkeiten, alles war vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sogar an Dinge, die man oft vermisst, wurde gedacht: ein Bügelbrett samt Bügeleisen, bequeme Balkonstühle zum Entspannen sowie eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die auch an warmen Tagen für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgte. Kurz gesagt: Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail dafür gesorgt, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann – wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Contro: Leider war das Bett für uns ein echtes Manko. Der Metall-Lattenrost hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung laut geknarzt, was besonders für meine Freundin mit leichtem Schlaf sehr störend war, sie wurde in der Nacht mehrfach wach, sobald ich mich umgedreht habe. Darüber hinaus war der Schlafkomfort insgesamt leider so gering, dass wir beide auch noch zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub mit Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen hatten. Ein eher unliebsames Urlaubssouvenir. Außerdem möchten wir anmerken, dass das Apartment insgesamt recht hellhörig ist.
