Pro: Famiglia di 4 persone possiamo dire che siamo stati benissimo per la posizione della struttura, praticamente al centro di Firenze che per la casa, piccola ma confortevole sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Clean and cosy
Pro: Such a great little apartment! Very central, very clean and very cosy! Francesco checked us in and showed us around the apartment, he was extremely friendly and helpful.
Contro: The shower is a touch on the smaller side but didn’t bother us too much

Everything you need in a perfect location
Pro: Excellent value for money with a prime location close to major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The apartment had everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

Fabulous property, well managed, would stay again.
Pro: Fabulous location. Property was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great stay.
Contro: Nothing - although as it is well placed in the city occasionally a little noisy in the streets below but it didn’t bother us at all.

Absolutely gorgeous centrally located apartment but could benefit from some tweaks.
Pro: Excellent location, very central to the Duomo and other historic sites. Very modern living room decor, well-equipped kitchen, quaint/rustic touches, toiletries provided, comfy bed and sofa bed. Great wifi.
Contro: A lot of the sockets did not work with phone chargers, the kettle and iron. If the electrics could be updated this would be 100% the most perfect apartment. The shower is a little on the small side but adds to the charm of the place.

Pro: Possibly one of the most exclusive locations in Florence (virtually at the Duomo's back). It was clean, well equipped, and the host was helpful and recommended such fantastic places to eat.
Contro: There is practically no AC in the living room. The bedroom is the only AC-equipped room in the house. Rather a small bathroom. The staircase - charming albeit - is a bit dingy and challenging to navigate through with large suitcases. Mind the cohorts of mosquitos- the window frames are not equipped with a net/ insectant protector of any sort.

Pro: Прекрасные апартаменты в центре Флоренции. Очень чисто и стильно. Удобные кровати, вся техника работает. Отопление и горячая вода - без проблем (для ноября в Италии это важный аспект).
Contro: Пожалуй стоит отметить факторы, которые следует учитывать при выборе этих апартов: 1. Ночью бывает шумновато в период с 23:30 - 01:00, т.к. центр города и много разных баров/ресторанов вокруг, из которых народ расходится с песнями и плясками (иногда довольно громкими) + любят по ночам пролетать вихрем авто и мото по центру Флоренции и в апартах слышно их прекрасно. 2. Апарты на втором этаже (отдельный вход) и туда довольно крутая и тесная лестница (мини-спираль). Семьям с маленькими детьми и пожилым людям этот \

J’ai loue cet appartement dans un cadre professionnel, pour une semaine, et j’ai tellement apprécié que je retiens l’adr
Pro: J’ai apprécié le design, la décoration et les meubles, l’équipement neuf, les petites attentions comme le café ou l’eau, ou encore le savon et le gel douche. J’ai apprécié la climatisation, l’emplacement. Le personnel est réactif, agréable, efficace, juste parfait. C’est un endroit rêvé, juste à côté du Duomo, que je recommande mille fois.
Contro: Rien. Tout était parfait.

Pro: Çok merkezi bir yer, hemen arka sokağında floransa katedrali var, çok temiz alış veriş için yakınında bir kaç market var. Ev sahibi çok ilgili idi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Santa Maria novella tren istasyonuna yürüyerek geçilebilir.
