Pro: L'appartamento era molto suggestivo e in un'ottima posizione. Il figlio del proprietario é stato gentilissimo con noi e molto disponibile. La struttura offre tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Il bagno era veramente incantevole, forse solo un pochino stretto nella zona wc, ma si riesce a fare tutto tranquillamente.

Great location, spacious and quiet apartment

Pro: Great location by the river near many points of interest. Host very kind and responsive Comfortable beds Spacious and quiet apartment

Contro: A/C heating was too noisy, so we practically had to turn it off while at the apartment.

Well equipped studio apartment near Uffizi

Pro: Unique studio apartment with interesting ceilings. The hosts were very good and the apartment had all essential necessities taken care of. The temperature was controlled. Very central location near Uffizi. It is also close to lots of good restaurants and faces the river and next to a bridge. Very convenient. It is one of the most unique stays we have seen so far and complements the city of Florence well.

Contro: We had a lift for luggage from the main lobby, but we had to move down a small flight of stairs with no lift for luggage. Other than that the apartment lacks a view but it is compensated by its wonderful location. The bathroom was small and cramped.,

Pro: L'emplacement est parfait! On peut découvrir la ville à pieds. Appartement spacieux et confortable

Contro: La salle de bain- toilettes. Les toilettes ne sont pas pratiques, à éviter pour les grands...

Very cool apartment

Pro: Amazing place and quite unique. It is situated in what looks like an old hotel, but the rooms appear to be owned by individuals and rented out. The apartment was in an interior area adjacent to an enclosed courtyard, although we could not visit this courtyard because we were not at ground level, and it was really simply a parking lot anyway. The apartment itself was very spacious with interesting architecture, vaulted ceilings made of brick. Location was very good, situated right off the Amo river near Ponto alle Grazie. Despite being close to the action, the apartment itself is very quiet and a relaxing respite due to its interior location. The host left us a bottle of wine, which was very kind.

Contro: The building itself presents a bit of a challenge. The host did not meet us on site but was very communicative and quick to help with questions. One quirk about this apartment is you have to go up an elevator (or stairs), walk down a few hallways, then take the stairs back down. There does not appear to be a direct route to get into the apartment from its level. The host sent a video to explain this, which I overlooked in the bustle of traveling there, but after it was pointed out we found the place without issues. You will have to climb stairs with your luggage, so be prepared for that. This also means the apartment is not handicap accessible. There actually are a few steps in the apartment itself.

Pro: Außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre sehr sauber. Am Anfang etwas Labyrinthartig 3 mal Rechts einmal Links oder so in etwa. Nach 3 Tagen aber geht's etwas flüssiger;-)

Contro: Klimaanlage ist sehr speziell. Manchmal produziert etwas Kondenswasser! Boden wird Nass.

Pro: An amazing apartment. In the heart of Florence, walking distance to amazing landmarks, museums and top rated restaurants. Host was so very helpful. We were greeted by Marco who was welcoming and walked us through the property. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and so much character. Highly recommended!! When we come back to Florence, we won't hesitate to stay here again.
